You can simply pick it up, unplug it from the charger and be on your way, knowing that you have a full charge. However, if you’d like to conserve electrical energy, disconnect from charging. A: No, the JBL XTREME 2 is able to pair to other CONNECT + enabled speakers such as the JBL FLIP 4, The JBL FLIP 5 uses PARTYBOOST and it can be paired to another PARTYBOOST enabled speaker
