A: Tony, I have no way of knowing what the reason was for the speakers being returned but I can tell you that the two I ordered (a Sonos One and a Sonos One SL) are both indistinguishable from new both in appearance and function.

Pleasant addition to my Collection
I was never fully sold on Sonos but finding this refurbished deal and having some credits I decided to take a shot even though I had no real need. I do like the wifi and apps vs. my JBL Bluetooth. The sound is more natural. I put it in my window and the sound fills my yard nicely. It has fairly warm bass. My only complaint is the speaker is always on and runs warm. I have no intention of attaching google or alexa to it so its a waste of energy.

Great sound
Crispy sound quality and very beautiful design with high quality body . Setup was slightly lengthy . Sonos one SL is a great addition to my smart speaker system . With Apple airplay I could stream my music from phone or laptop easily .

Great Refurbished Sonos Speakers!!
Came in excellent condition! The sound out of these Sonos speakers are so good...love them! Highly recommend Certified Refurbished...saved 10%! Like new!
