Excellent range for the price. Great range of gas flow to burners. I especially like the low/simmer of the large burners. This is not existent in other high end ranges, and you must move your large pots to a small burner. This simmer mode is great to keep large pots at a simmer throughout the bottom of the pan, instead of a small 3" area on a huge pot. I also like the raised (or lowered) burners from the grate. This keeps the mess out of sight, it keeps the burn more even, less wasteful, and just looks good. The inside of the oven is huge. Much bigger than competitors. You can fit a commercial sheet in there or two normal people cookie sheets in each shelf, long way front to back. The screen is great and interface works well. I wish there was a clock on there, I have no clocks in my kitchen (haha). WIFI works good and so does bluetooth. Measurements are good, be sure to check before installing or check with your counter/cabinet person.

I am giving this a 1 because it sounds like a jet engine on take off. It gets to 200F and the fan kicks in. I heard it on my 2nd floor. I thought it was just working the kinks out on the 1st try, but came back loud as ever w the 2nd try. I called to my sales associate and he was off ( it was Sunday) I used the number in the manual for Concierge Service and spoke w an agent- the only thing he recommended was speak w sales associate on Monday. I made sure Concierge agent documented he too could hear the jet engine. I spoke w associate on Monday and he was surprised to hear of “noise issue”. My only options are to have tech come out- ( planning on doing this) and if needed get a new stove- which is 4 months out. I did not pay $7100.00 + dollars for an obnoxiously loud luxury stove. I should have just stuck w my first choice- Viking..

It was just installed and certainly has an impressive footprint, sticking out substantially from a standard counter/cabinet. Imagine Godzilla's range. The huge knobs are welcome, but unless they switch the display to a touch screen the result is that the display is absurdly tiny. Getting the SmartHQ app connected to the range and the range to WiFi took about 15 minutes. I really appreciate the lights behind the burner and oven knobs, which make it easy to see whether something has been left on. The app says it will alert you if the oven has been on for more than 6 hours (and then it automatically shuts off after 12 by default), but it is unclear if leaving a burner on will result in a notification after some period of time. We looked at the Wolf, which sits flush to the counter. The Monogram has more cooking surface, especially because the typical pan should fit over the oven vent (almost flush with the grates). The Monogram has a bigger and, according to Consumer Reports, much better-performing oven. The Wolf knobs are big, but not backlit.
