My review isn’t on the actual speakers themselves it’s with the customer service part of Best Buy that I will NEVER, and I mean NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again ever because of how bad their customer service is. First off never even shipped the package to me just a labeled created. Then when you text a live agent or even call they say you have to wait till the actual date of the delivery to report anything even though the package or item legit hasn’t moved an inch so you know it’s going to be late so okay fine. Now after waiting someone over the phone will try and help you, but oh wait it’s just someone lying to you saying they will ship another one exact same open box or get a back end team on it to send the same package when they don’t even know where it is! So that’s lie number one (the first customer service call) now on to call number three where I wait a few days cause that’s how long the first agent said okay fine I had patience, and now this agent is telling me oh no we don’t reship anything and just do refunds! Okay so agent number one lied to me now I have to go all the way to a supervisor to say “hey I don’t want a refund I want the same product at the same level of open or the same price for a new one for getting the run around and lied to.” Now this super visor also lies to me his name is yaseen which oh yeah by the way you can never get an agent that is in the United States so good luck trying to understand what any of them have to say or understand you but that’s just one more reason on top of many this transaction had. So now this supervisor has told me “yes sir we’re are going to make this right and send another open box because the last one was damaged in the shipping process so no worries.” At this point unbeknownst to me they are processing a refund and lying to my face or rather there over the phone saying that they will ship a similar “like new” open box to me, but in the middle of the convo I’m like wait how do you know the last shipment was damaged if it never moved what!!! Now I start writing everything down these lyres are saying he then goes on to say “yes which location would you like this item shipped to and you will get an email confirmation in 2 to 3 business days.” Which by the way is another lie they tell you they say oh yeah you’re going to get an email with everything we talked about. Which never happens you’re just there waiting for nothing to come in cause they are lying, and so at this point I come back from vacation meanwhile let me add I purchased this original pair on feb 8th 2024 it was all the way till feb 25th till they actually got everything figured out for a refund and we’re never gonna tell me. So I have to call back up there once more and finally talk to one last agent with him now telling me once more “ oh yes sorry we do not do reshipments of any sort just refunds and we actually are processing it right now.” SO again they were never going to email me or tell me what was going on! Needless to say I am done buying things from Best Buy you just lost a customer and for y’all’s customer service practice is what will probably be the downfall of best with everything going to Amazon and rightfully so with better deals and customer service.

Great all on one package! Music sounds great on these speakers which punch well above their weight in accordance to price! They also work well for audio for movies and television. Dolby Atmos isn’t a thing on these as they are 2-channel stereo speakers, but don’t let that dissuade you. These are the speaker version of the “Jack of all trades.” It has all the connectivity options you can ask for, with both Airplay and Chromecast making it super easy to stream without using the Play Fi app. As for that, the app is clunky, but works well enough to get the job done. I don’t really need to use it much as the AirPlay and Chromecast connectivity is so seamless. Oh yeah, Bluetooth works well also and the remote makes switching between inputs a breeze. So, in conclusion, if you are thinking about getting audiophile like sound without need for amplifiers, DACs and streamers, look no further. This really has it all. Bravo SVS

I would choose this over your typical 2/3/5 channels soundbar any day. I used it with my TV and PC. the clarity is very noticable, the bass is decent, BUT i do recommend you pair a subwoofer with it, it will elevate your experience by a lot!
