    Easy to assemble

Easiest grill to put together. Everything just snaps into place. Looks great. I gave it a 4 star only becayse there were some flaws with the finish. Chipped paint scratches and the fake beick had a area that the paint was scratched off

    Tytus Grill

Don’t buy one you’ll be sorry. Customer service is horrible. Paint came off inside of grill top and right burner never fires correctly like the other three. Company blames everything on user error.

Poor Quality for $ and a bad flaw

Tytus Island gas Grill We were looking for a gas grill on 22 March and did not see the one we wanted on the floor at Best Buy but it was available via catalog order. After looking at other grills, we decided to get the Tytus Island gas grill. It was ordered on March 22 and delivered March 30 to My Home. At the time we still had snow on the ground. After the snow melted about a week later I had a contractor come and do a paver patio in my backyard to support a hot tub, new fire table, and chairs along with this island gas grill. Once the contractor was done about three weeks later, I had the hot tub delivered,  assembled the fire table and chairs and brought out the gas island grill to assemble that as well. Initial assembly went fine however I was missing a screw which was sent to me by Tytus. From 5 feet away, the grill is a knockout. However, that’s where it stops. The material it is made with is very cheap and flimsy, many of the assembled parts once connected had to be loosened up and realigned. An example would be that the doors would not stay on. This grill has one flaw that Tytus is aware of and has fixed and a release of their newer stainless steel island series. The island assembled is four bays. The first bay does not connect to the bottom of the second bay and the third bay does not connect to the bottom of the fourth bay, they are spread apart and as I said earlier, Tytus has fixed this issue but will not fix mine. I asked for the hardware to fix it myself that they are using on the new stainless island grills. They told me they have no part number and could not give me the part. After a long back-and-forth with Tytus support, Caleb and Kendall We Went to upper management to ask if I could return the Grill and the only thing they said they could do was offer me $250 off a brand new stainless grill and that they could not take this one back because it was purchased through Best Buy and not Tytus directly. I went to Best Buy and they told me that I am beyond the period to bring the grill back so I am stuck with a $1700 grill that is poorly made, and left the factory with a major flaw. Not recommend this to anyone and save yourself the trouble that I went through. I am hopeful Best Buy will take this back another way. I’ll even take Store credit. Be cautious of items that you cannot physically see in the store before purchasing.  The quality of the picture presented is NOTHING like the actual quality of this grill. DO NOT BUY this grill.
