A: Many ranges and wall ovens offer Steam Clean, sometimes called a Light Self Clean, for easily cleaning small spills or light soil using a small amount of water and a low cleaning temperature. The racks can be left in the oven when using the Steam Clean option. The steam will loosen soil on the racks as well as the oven interior. The soil can then be wiped off the oven interior and racks using a cloth dampened with warm, soapy water. The water for Steam Clean is added manually. A water supply is not needed.
A: We appreciate you reaching out to us. In an effort to be better ambassadors to the environment, printed Owner's Manual are no longer provided. The Owner's Manual is available online as you mentioned to view, download or print as needed. -Vikki@GEAppliances
A: Go to GE.com and put in the model number. The website will bring up your oven and there is a link to get the manual. You can read the instructions or print off the pages you want.
Q: Does this stove have a storage drawer
A: Yes, we can confirm that this model has a storage drawer at the bottom of the range. Lauren@GEAppliances
Q: What is the pressure regulator packet for?
A: It regulates the flow of the gas supply. We strongly encourage you have your range installed by a qualified gas professional or licensed plumber. -Vikki@GEAppliances
A: If you have not already done so, we recommend disconnecting the power to your range for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once the power is restored, we recommend service. We've had a couple of weeks to put this Range through the paces. So far, I haven't found a flaw. The cooktop features 2 PowerBoil burners that can boil water quickly when on high. We honestly haven't timed it vs our old stove, but I barely have time to sit down and pull out my phone before water boils. In the back, there is one standard burner and one simmer burner. The simmer burner, when turned all the way down, is perfect for slowly heating a soup or keeping a pot at serving temp. On high it's close to a regular burner. I wouldn't choose to boil water with it, but I could. The last burner is a standard burner. In the middle, there is a large oval burner under the included griddle. I wasn't in love with the griddle idea, and I didn't think I would ever use it. I was WRONG. It makes amazing grilled cheese sandwiches, French toast and pancakes. I bought the extra grate, but I don't know how often I'll use it. The griddle is THAT useful. Moving on to the oven, I've used it in both Bake and Convection modes. I've baked bread, cookies, casseroles and meats to perfection. I calibrated it in the menu to make sure the temp was accurate and it's been perfect since install. Lastly, I didn't want, need, nor care about the wifi connectivity. Nevertheless, I've found myself using it to preheat when I'm upstairs or turn the temp down to 170 when dinner is read but we aren't. If I had to pick something that is less than perfect, it would be the control panel. There is a learning curve with where to press and how much pressure to use when using the control panel. Not a big deal, but I often found myself having to press 2 or 3 times at first. Once you get used to it, it's much better, but it isn't perfect.

The oven was so easy to install. The adjustable feet made it easy to level out the stove. I love the removable tray to wipe out the oven. Wasn't sure we would use the griddle in the center but my husband and grandson use it everyday for grilled cheese or quesadillas. Not familiar with the Wi-Fi connecting settings yet but I look forward to it. So happy with my new stove!
