Open box unit was misrepresented.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The open box Alpine Optimo 8 listed as excellent condition with all of it's wiring and components at the Long Island City store location is absolutely not in excellent condition. I purchased that unit on the best buy website and it was missing all of the wire harnesses other than the controller and the controller cable. I had to return the unit minutes after picking it up when I realized that all of the harnesses were not there after driving nearly an hour to pick up the unit. I am highly disappointed with the misrepresentation of the item. The review applies to this one particular unit at the Long Island City store only.
