I had come to expect some slightly worn , dinged up AirPods and case from the reviews here. To my surprise , when I opened my box from Best Buy, the box was re-sealed , and a tiny bit worn. But when I opened it, to find my AirPods , case, and brand new cable , they were all in perfect condition. You could not tell new from used, at all. Also there was no previous owners iCloud account connected. Mine connected just fine. My only complaint about this new gen of AirPods is that the old ones fit better, period. At least in my ears. But if you asked any of my friends and family, they would say I have normal ears. I swear. So it’s something to keep in mind, the old ones are very simple and fit well. These are a little loose , but the sound quality is way better. I included some pictures to verify the normality of my ears , to see the AirPods , and also to compare the old AirPods case , to the new one !! Enjoy !!

Bought these a few days ago and they arrived today and i got to say not bad I don’t see and scratches and its clean the box was a different story it was dented and looked dirty but the cable was there no paperwork but they connected just as fast as my airpods max sound quality is good obviously doesn’t campare to the max but for the other airpods i have bought these are just as good would recommend and for the other people that rated these low because it said it was getting tracked mine didn’t come like that so it looks like they took the advice and actually reset them 10/10 aripods 6/10 for the box

You could tell the box was used a bit, but who cares? The actual case and AirPods are in excellent condition. They seem brand new and have had no issues thus far. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

The refurbished set was on sale at a great price .. these look and work line brand new!! Great purchase!!

I expected not a good condition due to refurbish. Box is open and not good. but earbuds r very clean and bramd new condition. thia is way better than I expected.

Great product. My EarPods were in mint condition (brand new) and are perfectly working. I would absolutely recommend buying refurbished/geek squad certified items.

When I Took them out of the box I couldn’t believe the prestine condition they were, it felt almost like new with a very nice discount.

The box was a little beat up but otherwise they were in great condition and they work very well!
