Came connected with an apple ID and gets tracked

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product looks good, but still it is connected with old apple account and I can not reset it. When I am using it somebody else is tracking me. Unfortunately, the return window is closed now :(. Best buy should do at least resetting the refurbished items, its frustating.

And reading the previous reviews Iam not the first or the last customer with this issue
