Oh well, I don’t even know where to start, I was really excited to get these, it’s the second time I bought refurbished AirPods, the first ones were in excellent condition But these, oh man, these are in really bad condition, they have scratches inside and outside of the case. The AirPods one looks dirty and bad. These were going to be a Christmas present. So disappointed!!! I need an exchange

They came pretty dirty. I’m pretty sure the other persons earwax was still on them. I know they’re refurbished, but I thought they’d atleast be sanitized and wiped down.

the airpods still had someone name as if it was the owner also the last owner could see my location was very unsafe they was a little dirty I would never buy airpods from Best Buy again

They came super scrathed and dirty and I had to buy a new pair so save your time, save some money and buy new ones
