I’m very pleased with the functionings and operation of this slow cooker. The pot is a very moderate size, heats up well and tenderizes meats. I like how easy it is to clean up afterwards! This Bella 5 qt. slow cooker is ideal, convenient and practical. So grateful that best buy had this high quality product in stock at an economical price.

Works great. The best value for a crockpot with a timer. All others were too big for an individual. I would prefer a smaller quart size but this will do. Also, I love the oat milk color. It goes with the aesthetics of my home.

This ProBella crockpot was an excellent addition to our kitchen. We love the fact that it our digitally controlled as opposed to the knob on our old one. It’s beautiful on the outside, which is why we chose this color combination. It’s cooling capabilities are standard which allows you to follow mostly any recipe without having to make adjustment. The only thing I would have liked differently are the latches to keep the lid down; metal instead of rubber.

I bought this mainly because I loved the color...and Bella was selling an air fryer in the same color...BOTH on sale...
So from a functional angle, I love how you can adjust the time remaining "on the fly" or as you cook. It also shows time remaining as it cooks which is a nice feature...I also love the straps that seal it for transport. I know what I'll be taking to family get-togethers from now on...LOL.
Very happy. Keeper...

Picked up this Bella slow cooker during the holidays and I am very pleased with its performance. The rubber straps for securing the lid can be a bit of a pain to get off, but I've had no other issues with it so far and would definitely recommend it.

I was very excited to get this at such a low price. As soon as I opened the package I understand why it was so inexpensive. I could clearly see where tape had been peeled from the box. The plastic bag that the crockpot should have been wrapped in, was open on the side. The glass cover was very cloudy, and there was a white substance inside the bowl for the crockpot. It was evident to me that it had been a returned item. I gave the bowl a good scrub and put it and the cover in the dishwasher. The bowl came out very clean as well as the cover. So I thought. I filled the crockpot about halfway with water, and set it on high for 4 hours. I figured I'd give it a test run rather than cook something in it. That way if something was wrong, i didn't ruin any food. Well, within 15 minutes, the cover started to cloud up. No biggie. It was most likely from heating up. Except, the crockpot really hadn't changed much in temperature at that point. So, i took the cover off and gave it a good scrub. Put it back on, and instantly clouded up again. It's not so much it being cloudy, it's that it has weird streaks in it that just keep coming back. It also seems like burnt rubber. It's not a prominent odor. It's faint and intermittent. The crockpot has been going for an hour now. It's hot to the touch and the water is definitely warming up. The cover is now covered in condensation (as it should be) but the same streaks are still there. The vurnt rubber smell is still there, which makes me weary. I just don't see myself keeping this particular crockpot. Between the odor and the reoccurring streaks, I just don't see the appeal. I wanted so bad to love this, but i don't even really like it

It’s pretty but definitely of lower quality. The covering is tin and arrived dented which was a bummer. Color is 10/10 though

First unit never arrived, supposedly lost by UPS. Second unit arrived with large dent by control panel. Customer service told me to return it to my local store, which has none in stock!

This is slow cooker is a beautiful oatmeal color. Its very light weight. I love everything about it except the glass top with the rubber around it. It cooks well. O also like you can put a serting on how long you want to warm your meal. It cooks realky goid on high as well. This is a keeper. You can use it as primary or secondary cooker.

We needed a second slow cooker that could easily travel to family gatherings, and when hosting at our home. It’s so convenient to have one dedicated to a meat dish and another for a side dish or soup.
I love that I can lock down the lid- super easy travel with. The stoneware insert is easy to remove and clean, and the tempered glass lid is dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze. Overall, this slow cooker has been a great addition to my kitchen!
