I purchased a new home in August 2018, I bought a home which needed the carpets shampooed. I purchased the Bissell Pet Pro Carpet Shampooer. It was $250.00, I also purchased this cleaner for the new machine. It worked well and had a great Febreeze fragrance, It called for 2.5oz of solution for 64oz of water. The cap on the bottle was a measure cup for proper dosing ( this feature was convienent). I feel like 19.99 was over-priced for carpet shampoo, but I don’t have a huge amount of experience in this department so I may be wrong. The water in the dirty tank was disgusting. I’m un-sure whether the exceptional amount of dirt extraction was due to the flagship machine, or the Deep Clean solution. I’m giving 4 stars because of how well it cleaned my carpets regardless of whether it was the machine or solution, and the convienent cap for proper dosing. I’m not giving it 5 stars because a bottle of shampoo should not be 20 bucks. 10-12.99 would be more appropriate in my opinion.

The smell was great, and the cleaning appeared adequate. However, the stains have begun to reappear on the carpet.

Bought this to go along with my new carpet cleaner. Love the smell and the clean. Wish it came in a bigger bottle...

Smells awesome! Used to clean the carpets in my wifes minivan and it was quite pleasant to work around especially in comparison to the automotive carpet cleaners i bought at the parts store. Worked very well but didnt get everything out I had hoped but her van was very very dirty so I can live with it.

It works. That's all you need to know. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I've not a carnosaur of purchasing carpet cleaning formula. My Dog was sick, did numbers 1, 2 and 3 (Vomit) all over the place and it took the stains and smell out in just a few minutes. Solid 4 in my book; No rookie scores here!)

This product works great with stains and it gets the dirt up with ease even when it seems stains have set. Leaving behind a Febreeze scent is just a bonus. I use this along with my Bissell carpet cleaner and am glad I purchased the entire line.

This product worked amazing for cleaning routine-traffic dirt and had a very pleasant fragrance. However, I had to use an external spot cleaner for a dried stain. I would definitely use this again and again.

I used it on my carpets. I clears tough stains. After a long winter, I was anxious to start my Spring cleaning (a little early). I purchased this cleaning formula for the first time because of the "refreshing Spring scent". Definitely cleaned my CARPETS with a refreshing scent!!

It does clean really well despite the Bissell shampooer I purchased not spreading it evenly. But when it does reach the carpet all stains were gone. Even a food/drink carpet stain that had been lingering for month. I did dab this cleaner directly on the stains before also using it with the shampooer.

Works great with the correct carpet cleaner. Leaves the carpet smelling good. Not many stores carries it so it's good to get at Best Buy for reward points

It does the job and smells really good. Cleans very well too. They’re just so expensive if you need to clean on a daily basis!

This cleaning solution does an outstanding job. It leaves the carpet clean and fresh. The scent is not overpowering but does provide a fresh clean smell.

Love Bissell. Fragrance is great! I would buy it again :)

Good product but expensive per oz. I've used several different cleaners and prefer the fragrance of this most.

It works great on the dirt and dog odor. All that is left is a spotless carpet and wonderful aroma.
