As a Best Buy so-called “Total Member,” I made an appointment to have it assembled when I purchased this rack online. Three different “assemblers” came to put it together. The first person said screws were missing so I bought six packages of a variety of screws according to the manual. The subsequent assembler couldn’t figure it out. The last one said his work order instructed him to only install the dryer. When I called customer service, I was told they don’t assemble racks. I gave it one star only because there isn’t a ZERO star category. SO WHY WAS I TOLD YOU WOULD DO IT AND WHY SEND PEOPLE OUT TO ASSEMBLE IT?!? I am at my wits end. IS THIS HOW BEST BUY TREATS A PREVIOUSLY LOYAL DISABLED SENIOR?!?
