    The product has major sync issues when using HDMI arc to connect to TV. It does not turn on automatically. The app is confusing and has too many features that are hard to understand for an ordinary person. There are hardly any useful buttons on the soundbar. No power on indicator on the bar. The volume on TV does not have a number and only plus minus signs show. Will not be buying a Bose product again.

    Doesn’t seem to be compatible with my Sony tv Shuts tv on and off at times
