Not receiving updates nor receiving the package

Ordered on June 23rd no updates on what happened to it. I don’t know if it’s lost or something happened to it, but I need answers now from the sender please. The last update said it was in New Jersey June 25th.

I returned it in one day. I stayed in the store to test the other speakers and heard what i wanted to hear in the JBL Xtreme. I expected the sound on the Bose to be crisp and have depth, and it did not compared to the JBL.

Posted .Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you returned your SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen) speaker. While it's true that sound performance is subjective to an extent, the Flex 2nd Gen speaker is also capable of providing the depth and crispness that you mentioned. The Bose app has an Equalizer that can be used to boost or reduce the basses, mids and trebles to your liking. Also, the speaker itself comes with PositionIQ™; this technology adjusts the EQ automatically, based on the speaker's orientation (horizontal, vertical, or on its back). Bose malfunction

Randomly shuts off!

Was a great speaker for about a year and a half, but now it randomly shuts off after every other song. Fully charged, plugged in, unplugged, doesn't matter. What's the point of a Bluetooth speaker that randomly shuts off?

Checking the speaker is fully charged is definitely a good idea, but if the speaker still shuts off, then check you have the latest speaker firmware as well. Stopped Charging

Not good
