Sounds not as crystal clear as my previous Bose speakers. Volume is good, love the pastel yellow color which taks away the boring black color.

Pretty nice. Good sound, wish there was better bass. And battery life. But for the money good buy.

The Bose SOUNDLINK Flex is a great little speaker for smaller spaces. In the package comes the speaker, charging cable (USB C thankfully), instruction manual and QR code for the Bose App. After charging for about 4 hours I turned it on and paired it with my phone through the app. The app allows you to easily adjust the speaker audio settings. The app has several tips on how to maximize the speaker and its various uses. There is a shortcut button on the speaker so you can easily link multiple SOUNDLINK speakers together. I played multiple genres of music both at maximum and mid sound levels. Nothing worse than a speaker that distorts the sound so badly at high levels it is not even worth listening to. The Bose SOUNDLINK FLEX does well at maximum volume levels, especially in a smaller space. My dining room is 15 x20 and it adequately filled the area with sound. It actually did such a good job I took it outside and played it on my patio/deck. Surprisingly it did very well outside in a wide open space. The sound was still full and rich and it was able to compete with any background noise. I like the design and how the speaker is metal and mostly covered in a silicone substance. The charging port is on the side and does not have a cover, but since it says it is water and dust proof it must be protected from within. At 2 hours at mid to high volume the battery was still above 50%. For the price I think this is a great compact speaker.

Bose speakers are really good. A good simple design, lightweight and easy to use. I would definitely recommend Bose to everyone. It’s a reasonable price also and the warranty is pretty good too. A really good looking speaker.

Love the color, and size! Very light and can take anywhere to the beach, on a hike, even at at the pool. The sound is overall great!

I've always been a fan of Bose audio but decided to try the Sonos Roam which i used for about 6months. Didn't think twice about ditching the Roam as soon as Bose released this 2nd gen product. The sound stage, battery life and clarity is way better on this product than the Roam. The only thing I miss about the roam is Apple airplay feature but this does have Spotify built-in.

Generally sounds very good. I just wish the bass pounded a little harder. I've seen cheaper speakers with better bass pounding.

When it comes to Bose, I have high expectations when it comes to sound. I was going to use this device for my son's birthday party. The setup was very easy, but to my disappointment, it wasn't loud enough. I understand a birthday party is loud, but I borrowed an Anker Soundcore before and that device was loud enough to cut through the party noise. At some point, I was actually asked to turn down it's volume. The quality of the sound between the Bose and Anker are comparable though, but the Bose just wasn't loud enough. I'd probably use for more private gatherings with less people and less loud ambient noise.

Great sound quality and seems durable. Only downside is the button section on top seems like it could break.

It's a nice speaker. It has a nice base sound. However, the battery doesn’t last long. You have charge it 12 hours after use. It doesn't have Siri or Alexa. That would have been a plus. The price is decent too.

The clarity with their systems is always amazing! The bass is ok I was expecting a little bit better but for its size it is decent and also depending on its placement clarity and bass is good! Volume could be a little louder in my opinion which also depends on placement!

Bose is quality product, surround sound is good in closed place . I am giving 1 less star as , the performance is not that great in little open space . Overall I pretty happy with this with my utilization

Awesome sound and volume for such a small speaker. Only gets 4 stars because of a Bluetooth issue. While connected to other Bluetooth devices I can't prioritize this speaker for sound output.

Great speaker. Build quality is good. Has good sound and low end for a small speaker and for the cost. Battery doesn’t last nearly 12 hours as advertised when on 70-90% volume.

Great speaker with awesome clear sound. It can get very loud with above average bass. I wish the battery was a little bigger. It went from full to 20% in about 5 hours at 75% volume. Other than that I love it!
