After two uses of this camera, the camera requires a memory card fix, saying "Card requires to be re inserted or get a new one". Read as many guides and youtube fixes to try and fix it to avoid a repair. If you want a camera that requires maintence after two - five times, go ahead and be my guest and get it, otherwise don't. Get a more expensive camera and see more reviews.

The product description states a USB transfer cable is included,it was not . Called customer service to ask them to send missing cable and was advised I could contact canon to resolve the issue . They refused to send the missing cable . Canon would not replace it and it is out of stock to even purchase. Save yourself the headache of 2 hrs of phone calls and poor customer service and just purchase it through canon .

poor quality - they sent me one with box in japanese, not original camera feels flimsy. i used to own the same one back in 9 years ago and it is not the same quality

I bought this camera based off of all the good reviews that I found on the internet about this camera. I was very excited when it came, but was then disappointed. This is not a beginner's camera. It is very difficult to operate, and there is very little information in the manual on how to use it. Most of the features do not work. Not only is it almost impossible to focus, but it would not take any pictures. I even took it to a professional photographer, and he could not figure it out. Expensive at $400(not a budget camera, you can get a much nicer camera for a few hundred more. Save your money and get something better.

Well, I really wanted to like this inexpensive Rebel Camera BUT it just could not deliver with 2 different lenses and Kit Lens. Pros? Cheap Easy to operate Simple Guide Easy download pictures Cons? Cheap Sub par Image quality RAW files are too big and blurry Kit Lens not STM Would I buy again? No. I would recommend to people who are beginning photography.

Loved it and worked fine for like two weeks, then all of a sudden it started to power off on its own. I had faith that it was maybe the stetting's. however, it only kept getting worse. It wouldn't turn on for days. I thought it might be the battery because how can a brand-new camera stop working, right! So, I bought two new batteries for a little family photo shoot it did NOT turn on even though we put 3 different fully charged batteries. It turned on for like a day after that, so me thinking ok it's going to work now on, RIGHT. For my son's birthday I'm so excited to finally have some nice pictures only for it to NOT turn on again. Biggest regret in life! And I wanted it so bad, it took me about a month to convince my husband to let me buy it. So sad!

Didn’t receive the camera and I still have to pay for it!!!

This camera is like rocket science just to get it to focus. The directions and setting are made for a professional only. I had 12 people at a party who could not get this camera to focus. Will have to sell it.

Absolutely worthless Camera. Ruined my trip. If you have a good camera on your phone don't bother wasting money on this. It takes almost 5-10 seconds to take a picture. And even after thatbits either blurry or such low quality. Really bad at low light conditions.

Sorry this was not the camera i needed. the staff sold me this one saying it would do what i wanted and this was not correct. I needed more reach for distance and this was not the camera for that. this is only good for up close

Very disappointing to purchase sales person and did not inform me about what was available with the camera was not available and all my return I I was charged $75 or something. I would’ve never purchased without Gunn getting the right items for the camera. Very disappointing.

it was one of the worst experience with bestBuy, customer representative was not at all helpful and they were saying something and doing something, it was very bad experience

dont buy this is not good for ideal photo very slow working. i tell to best buy slow working they return back and charge me restoking fee because i buy from best buy dont buy from best buy. we return next day after arivel still charge restoking fee thats no good for busniess. we return all orginal packing the guy at return center say charge any open box restoking fee.

Way too old for the price. I was able to get a newer camera for the same amount.

Replaced with a damaged camera terrible customer service

Bought this last March 29, 2023 and now it is dead. Quit working altogether. Double checked to ensure the battery was charged and still no screen and will not work at all.

I bought this as a gift, read countless reviews and this seemed to be a great starter camera Unfortunately iphone picturesc are better quality than what this camera takes. Now I'm stuck with an expensive paper weight. To spend another 5 or 600$ for a better lens is not worth it

Features are limited, photo quality is not good. I don’t recommend for product photography. Be aware of restocking fee if you want to try and see!

J cant do anyrhing with this product except turn it on. Jt wont even take a photo.. irs s useless piece of junk.

It amazes me how a product can be sold without the necessary components to make it work. Then you charge your customer a 15% restocking fee when the product is returned because there in NO software for this product.
