They are super comfortable to wear. Really long range for when I go to the kitchen and grab a snack. Long battery life, literally lasts days without charging. Nice feeling texture to the touch. Awesome sound!

Since buying this headset I have had several problems with it that make no sense. I should have returned them in the first two weeks after the first issue, but now I am stuck with them. I really hope a software update may fix it's faults. The audio quality is good and the comfort is okay especially for the price. My issues are as follows: 1) At random times the microphone will blast static at the pattern of my voice over any voice application on my PC until the dongle is removed and put back into the computer. The static is so loud and blasting that it causes ear pain/blasts awful static to my friends. I have had this issue with 3 different computers on the same headset, tried different vendor USB controllers, and I have tried it in both Windows 10 and Windows 11 with similar results. I even tried having the headset on it's own USB controller to see if that was causing it (using a utility called USBTREEVIEW). My unit came with the latest firmware installed but I still used the iCue software to force update both the dongle and the headset's firmware anyway with no help to the problem. Sometimes it's a week, sometimes it's a few hours, I have not come up with a reliable way to replicate the problem on command or found any sort of underlying cause. My previous wireless headset did not do this. 2) Sometimes the microphone makes me sound 'like a robot' until I power cycle the headset... While this is better than static, it is still really annoying. 3) The detection of the microphone being up or down seems flawed. Sometimes I move the microphone down and the microphone will not unmute itself until I fully power the headset off and on again. 4) Even when it says it is fully charged occasionally the battery will drain in a few mere hours flashing red and saying low battery when it normally lasts over 12 hours. 5) Sometimes the headset will not connect to the dongle (which will flash red in a weird morse code looking pattern instead of solid white) at all until I switch it into bluetooth mode, remove the dongle from the PC, power off the headset, power it on, put the dongle in, and switch it out of bluetooth mode. I initially thought I was putting it into bluetooth mode by accident and that's when I found that the power button tapped once switches modes (not in the documentation as far as I can find), but when it gets 'stuck' the dongle on the PC side flashes red, and the headset will refuse to connect to the dongle no matter how many times I tap the power button to switch modes. I have to put it specifically into bluetooth mode, connect it to a bluetooth source, pull the dongle out, switch modes back to the dongle mode, and power cycle the headset. (Try this if it happens to you if you are stuck with one of these and you want it to work again). 6) Occasionally the audio will just completely drop out, you'll hear the audio of it connecting/reconnecting, and it will take up to 5 seconds to recover. Again I have no idea how to trigger it, it just happens sometimes. I would not recommend these headphones, do not make the same mistake that I did. My quality and ease of use review ratings are not based on when the headset is working properly, it would probably score around 4 stars in each, if it were not constantly and randomly having problems.

Its a pretty good headset. You can be able to use bluetooth, fair battery lifespan, arrives with usb, not needing bluetooth if you can connect with usb with some devices. Besides that, its okay but you can use the money to buy another headset like this but cheaper or better. Doesn't have much else like bass changes or anything like that. Otherwise, its okay.

So, I'd like to open this with, I've had 2 of the black version and 3 of the white version of this model, pretty much cause I bought the protection plan on the 2nd one and it was a 10 dollar replacement. The Range on this thing is about 15 feet, which while not bad, is outdone by the 12 dollar headset from Dollar general I had prior to this series. Sound Quality is good. Physical quality is bad. First headset lasted around a year and a half with liberal use of hot glue. Longest life of a headset since is 16 weeks (3.5 months). Every single last time the headset has snapped at the swivel joint linking the non-mic(right hand) ear-muff (see pic). This current one I've has for less then 2 months and it just snapped on me yet again. I am fairly gentle with my headsets. This is honestly insane to have gone through 4 headsets in under a year.

I have never had a gaming headset before as I really do not play much online games. However, I have used standard Bluetooth headphones and they are not designed for gaming consoles so the volume output is pretty low. These Corsair headphones are designed for gaming and let me just say the quality of sound output is great! I have hooked it up to my phone, Switch, PS5, and PC and I am really impressed. If your looking for a cheaper headset designed around gaming this is the one.

Nice headphones. No directions were in the box which was a bit challenging, but they work well. Nice rear they are Bluetooth and have a usb dongle.

This product sounds very good, you get tired of the outside noise for a more immersive experience

I thought it was better than my old void pros. Sound wise it’s pretty nice. But less comfortable than the pros from 2017. A HUGE PROBLEM WITH THE HEADSET IN MY OPINION The hinges where the speakers turn from the head band are made of plastic and just snap so easily. Literally ruins the headset. And is smaller in size as well. Was hoping for a more premium feel. Save your money and go with steel series or even hyper X.

awesome! It’s a little tricky to get set up. But once you get it set up, it works efficiently. Just gotta turn my laptop on and it automatically connects battery lasts a good time to.

Like how it was packaged, very secure. Liked how comfortable the ear pads are, you could wear for long hours. Love that you can use the usb or connect bluetooth. Also love the fact of the flip up mute option.

Wireless problems. Ear pads fall off after gentle use. Would not recommend.

I much prefer having an audio interface and some quality headphones but my brother can't be bothered. So I got him these as he wanted some that were wireless. So far so good.
