Hello. Sorry to learn of this inconvenience with your gaming console signal. This symptom is most commonly rectified by activating the AVR-S570BT's '8K Enhanced' setting. It is also necessary to make sure you have a good quality Ultra High Speed HDMI cable between the XBox Series X and the AVR-S570BT, and also between the AVR-S570BT and the TV.
Here is a link with details on how to avtivate the '8K Enhanced' feature on thr AVR-S570BT: https://manuals.denon.com/AVRS570BT/NA/EN/DRDZSYmrrditgv.php# denon

Sound quality was good and didn't disappoint in that field but my TV/Receiver not sure exactly as I changed everything at once, but this model wouldn't recognize my signal. I had to upgrade to a higher model Denon and eARC worked liked it should. Setup was easy and decent overall value for what I was looking for, just wished the eARC signaled worked for me.

      Hello RonaldF,

Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal Denon customer. We’re not sure why eARC worked on another model but not on the AVR-S570BT. It’s possible that the video settings were configured differently between the two receivers. For instance, the 8K or 4K video settings might have been the culprit.

Again, we appreciate your loyalty to Denon and are glad to hear that your current Denon receiver is functioning well. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our product support team at 800-497-8921.

      Happy listening,
      Denon denon

Lots of features, 4 x hdmi 2.1 inputs is great but kept dropping signal to Sony TV and switching inputs. Spent a good amount of time trying different 2.1 cables, devices and resetting before giving up and returning.

This receiver was manufactured in 2014, which I didn't figure out until I tried to set up Bluetooth to my headphones; only newer Denon stereo receivers have this ability. Product stated Bluetooth capability; I assumed Bluetooth headphones would be included. It would be nice to know when a product was first sold, I would have purchased a newer model with this functionality.

Dear MarkR642, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Please note that the Bluetooth feature in the AVR-S570BT is designed for music streaming, and not for Bluetooth retransmission to headphones. If you need this feature, we recommend considering the Denon AVR-S660H model or above. Should you require further assistance, please get in touch with our support team at Denon Product Support: 800-497-8921. denon

Disappointed that this model has no wifi connectivity, thus it's unable to connect to the Denom Iphone App. My 10 year old AVR 1613 had that. Not this one. Wish I knew before I got it.

Hello, the Denon AVR-S570BT is the only receiver in our lineup that does not have Network capabilities. It does however provide a Bluetooth connection. Please look to our AVR-S660H and above for Network capabilities. denon

Sounds just OK with a crappy menu. I have a high-end Denon receiver That sounds great in my Family room, but I bought this receiver for a smaller room. I wasn’t expecting it to sound so bad.

Once we figured out how to use it, from techs’ instructions it wirked great. Good sound and worked well with the surround sound speakers…3 years later it quit on us and we sre not using it. Had it hooked up to ATT receiver; it caused problems with AV power - TV kept dhutting off. Cslled Devon tech guys abd they said its out of warranty. Grrtr
