You get what you pay for...
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Barely lasted one year before the speaker wire connection on the left side stopped working. A shame since these are great looking speakers, and they sounded fine while they lasted.

Sound good, but not for long.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One Speaker buzzed from the beginning, was fixable by taking off the speaker guard and placing a makeup sponge between the guard and the plastic that is covering the top speaker. That one is still fine, but now the other speaker is buzzing and it isn't due to the plastic vibrating against the body, it's the actual speaker itself buzzing, this is with bass anywhere from mid to 0. Sound is clear if you don't get a dud, but I should have known when the first one came out of the box in poor shape that I should have just instantly returned them.

Bookshelf Speaker Review

Good sound but one speaker died in 3 months
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sounds on my PC rig for gaming and professional recording for videos for my company, however, after 3 months one speaker's tweeter died. Will be writing to the manufacturer.

Caveat emptor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Edifier must have some internal issues.... They're a nightmare to deal with. Don't waste your time, not worth it. Product is decent, but heaven help you if you have warranty issue. Caveat

Not for audiophiles
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m a musician and an audio engineer and I own a decent amount of speakers, including pairs of 8” JBL 308Ps, Fostex PM0.4s, Yamaha HS7s, a couple Alexas and the JBL Flip 5. I was using my PC with an Alexa hooked up via bluetooth and wanted something of similar quality in sound but stereo to put on my desk. These are not it. They sound muffled and harsh. I’ll be returning them and probably will buy a pair of Presonus Eris instead.

You guys really over hyped this product...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plain, underwhelming, no-frill speakers. The bass and midrange were competing, making it sound very chaotic. Look, I'll cut to the chase... if you want two boxes that make noise, these will work. But after tweaking all the settings for 20 minutes, I packed them up. I'll be taking them back on my way home from work.
