    I really wanted to like this robot mop. After reading the glowing reviews, I was genuinely excited to bring it home. But here’s the thing—when I spend over $500 on a product, I expect it to function reasonably well right out of the box. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even get it to connect to the app, despite spending over an hour troubleshooting. We’re no strangers to WiFi devices—our home is packed with them—and everything else runs smoothly. So this wasn’t a case of user error or a spotty signal. Just a frustrating experience with no clear path forward. After 90 minutes, I threw in the towel and packed it back up. It’s going back.

    Disappointed but not for the reasons you'd think.

    Now my unit was defective, but the customer service to try and get things resolved sucked. I purchased this unit, I set it up, plugged it in, it mapped the house beautifully then went back to base and proceeded to dump all of the water from the clean water tank on the floor. So I contacted the customer service email. they gave me troubleshooting steps, nothing worked. I emailed back and didn't receive a response within 24 hours, So I returned the unit to Bestbuy and exchanged it for another robot, but not from Eufy. I get sometimes products can have problems out of the box, but the support for this product SUCKS!

    Broke after 20 minutes.

    It worked geeat for the first 20 minutes ajd mapped our hiuse great, but then the wheels stopped turning. It keeps saying "positioning" . Cleaned the sensors and still nothing. Followed all the troubleshooting from manual and online. When i emailed them, it is just AI response. No real human. When i called them, waited for a long time and it jept wanting me to wait and wait. Returning it today. Horrible customer service. Oribably will buy the Dreame brand aince my aister is happy with hers and their customer service.

    manufacturer is horrible

    I bought this product strictly for the mopping capabilities. It did not come with soap and the only place to get it is from the manufacturer. Yet they are somehow out of stock and won't have more for weeks.I cannot use something i spent $800 on unless i want to mop without soap which would be ridiculous .

    Defective Batteries

    Two Months of Use and the Hose is Broken

    After barely two months of use, the hose in the water tank has come loose on both ends. It will no longer stay connected. Also, the cheap plastic lid has broke off from the hinge. The vacuum works pretty well, but this is not worth the price. Like everything else these days, poor durability.

    Doesn’t work and customer service is terrible

    Junk - don’t buy this!!! Bought Nov and we are almost in April and it still has not vacuumed my floors one time. Eula have the worse customer service who after 4mths of giving me the run around are asking me for my best buy receipt in order to replace it for the third time!

      It's unusual for this product to behave this way, and we would love to help you resolve the issue! Please try the following steps to see if they address the problem:

      If it fails to connect to WiFi, please try the following troubleshooting steps to solve the issue:

      1. Ensure the WiFi network name and password are correct (note: passwords are case-sensitive). Please also try moving your smartphone and the robot closer to your router.
      2. Make sure the location permission for the eufy Clean app is allowed. If there is a "precise location" option, please also turn it on.
      For iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location > Allow location for the eufy Clean app.
      For Android: Settings > Permissions & Privacy > Location, and then go back to Settings > Apps > Permissions > eufy Clean app > Location.
      3. Turn on Airplane mode on your phone. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network before connecting your X10 Pro Omni to your 2.4GHz WiFi network. If you are using a dual-band router, please try disabling the 5GHz.
      4. Reset the robot’s WiFi. Press and hold the Home and Spot Cleaning buttons simultaneously for three seconds until you hear a voice prompt to reset the robot's WiFi. After successfully resetting the robot's WiFi, please try the setup process again.

    I buy this robot vacuum and in less than 2 weeks broke… Try to contact Eufy support and never help. Never again!!!

    I switched from a Roomba to a Eufy and it is absolutely terrible. It gets stuck on nothing and stops running. It is a waste of money.
