It also had trouble fitting into its place. Additionally, when it tried to clean the dirty water, the dirty water would remain and it would keep giving errors. It had a few other issues as well."

Cleans beautifully, but this unit has battery issu

I took away 2 stars as the battery drains from 100% to 0% in about 30 hours when the dock station unit is unplugged. I'm hoping Eufy can fix this problem.

Good product

Lost Puppy

It would get so busy and forget to go back to the charger and we would have to find it. However about a month ago it started saying it was leaking and kept running the pump all the time. I haven't had time to reach out to GeekSquad yet.

The mop leaves streaks and I even bough new mop heads.its just ok not worth the money at least to me.

Solid vacuum, mop need improvement

The vacuum portion of it is amazing. The only issue I have it the mopping feature. I keep getting errors and then it won’t clean at times.
