All the features of the more expensive well-known brands, but at a fraction of the price. Great suction, great mopping performance, mostly easy to use app. It does everything you need it to, to keep your floors clean on the regular without having to fuss. Just beware that it really likes to work on a single floor (map) even though the app claims it can have multiple floors (maps). Highlights: * Good vacuum suction. * Good navigation. * Excellent mopping with auto-rising rotating pads. * Relatively quiet for suction level. * Large fresh and waste water containers. Room for Improvement: * Small dustbin means more frequent mid-job return trips to the base to empty. * Design of water container lids doesn’t inspire confidence. * App is good but the more expensive brands are better. * Robot gets really confused with multi-floor maps. Setup: The box was exceedingly easy to open and unpack. It all started with an outer shipping box that had pull tape to separate it into an upper and lower half which really made it easy to remove the main box. If you buy it in a store, it probably won’t have that outer shipping box, but the main box was also easy to unpack everything. The robot was stored vertically in a carton with a handle and the base was fully assembled aside from the mop-cleaning ramp which easily snapped in place. As with most robot cleaners that include a base station, you find a good spot for the base and plug it in. This one has separate tanks for both dirty and clean mop water as well as a spot for the self-emptying dustbin bag. Your first bag is pre-installed so all you need to do is lift off the clean water tank, fill it up and then put it back. That’s it for the base. Next is the robot - remove all packing and protective tape and slide it back-end-first into the base. It powers on and starts providing voice guidance. Install the free eufy Clean app, sign up/in, and then choose to add a product. The app walks you through adding the robot, getting it on your home’s wifi, and setting up the basics. The last step is having the robot create the first map of your home. Just tap the button in the app to create the first map and watch the robot quietly explore your home. It took about 20 minutes to automatically create the map and it did a surprisingly good job. I then went back in the app to refine the map and give each room a name. Joining “rooms” together was easy, but separating them was a bit more of a chore and zooming in on the map isn’t as straightforward as doing the pinch zoom gesture as you have to start pinching on just the right spot or it won’t do anything. Since the maps are created by the robot’s lidar vision, sometimes it creates phantom rooms like at a staircase or a sunken room. It is impossible to remove those rooms so the best you can do is separate them out and name them something that you’ll remember is not a real room. This also makes it impossible to use the “Clean Everywhere” command as that would cause the robot to try to clean these phantom rooms. My home has two “levels” that are separated by a single step-down of about 6”. The barrier between these two levels is enough to keep the robot from jumping off the cliff but it still added parts of each level to the other level’s map. This may seem like a small issue, but it creates a massive problem later on. Anyway, setup went as expected and aside from the above issues with multi-level maps, everything went smoothly. Maintenance of the robot is well thought-out and easy. On the robot itself, the roller bar is easy to remove to clean or untangle debris. There is a novel comb in there to cut any wound up hair, too. The dustbin is easy to remove from the top so you can clean or replace the filter. The base cleans and dries the mopping pads so regular maintenance is automatic, but the pads are easy to remove if you have to swap them out. In the base is a removable tray where the mopping pads are cleaned. Periodically remove that tray, give it a good wipe and rinse and slide it back in. That’s about it for periodic maintenance. Usage: With the fresh water tank full, the dirty water tank empty and a fresh bag pre-installed in the base, I sent my new robot helper out on its first job. I told him to clean two specific rooms and he performed well and then returned home to clean the mopping pads and empty the bin. The next time I sent him out to a different room and he again did an admirable job. So far, so good! Now here’s where the problems started…. the cleaning base is on the “main” level, but I wanted him to vacuum and mop all rooms in the “lower” level. Apparently, he doesn’t like it when his base isn’t on the same map that he’s cleaning. The “main” map clearly shows the base and the “lower” map does not. I told him to switch to the “lower” map and clean there. First I tried to just pick him up from the base and plop him on the “lower” floor, then start the job. He wanted to first wash his mop and refill his tank, but he couldn’t do that since the base was on the other map. Fail. I manually put him back on the base on the “main” map and tried again. This time I told him to clean on the “lower” map but before moving him there. I let him clean the mop and refill the tank and when he started making his way to the other map (which is impossible for him to reach on his own), I paused him, picked him up and put him on the lower floor. He “positioned” himself correctly and started cleaning. Woohoo! However, part-way through cleaning, he wanted to return to the base to wash the mop, but since the base was elsewhere, he just stopped and issued an error. As much as I tried, I could not get him to clean and mop the rooms of the second map. Given that he is aware that there are two maps and exactly where the base is on one of them, I’d expect a bit more “smarts.” I would expect him to recognize that the job is on a different map, and to ask to be put on that map after mop preparation. I would also expect him to to pause during the job on the map that doesn’t have the base, ask to brought to the dock for mid-job mop cleaning, and then ask to be put back on the other map. Fail. It’s neither convenient nor advisable to move the base once the maps are created, so if your home has two distinct floors (upper and lower, for example), until his smarts get improved, you should expect him to stick with only cleaning the floor his base is on. Another feature that other robots do better is zone cleaning and the ability to name a zone. I figured out how to do this, but it was not obvious. He can schedule cleaning and like the apps of other brands, the app shows where the robot is “live” during cleaning which is really nice. The on-board dust bin is smaller than other models. Given that there is an auto-empty feature in the base, the robot will just return to the base when it’s full, but a small bin means more frequent pauses and returns to the base mid-job. The same applies to the mops and going back mid-job to clean the pads. The mop does work really well, though. It rises up about 12mm to keep the moist pads off your carpets, unless you want to clean the carpets, too. The roller bar works well but is a bit narrow meaning that the robot has to overlap vacuuming passes to ensure coverage. Other brands and models have wider bars/openings, larger bins, etc… Overall navigation was rather good. He rarely bumped into walls or furniture and the AI vision system did a good job of recognizing obstacles and avoiding them. My dog didn’t seem to mind the robot and the robot didn’t seem to be bothered by the dog, so both peacefully coexisted. Overall: For single-level homes which any combination of carpet and hard flooring, this robot vacuum does a great job navigating and cleaning. It is easy to set up and maintain, and has most of the features of the more expensive brands at a fraction of the cost. For homes with multiple floors (multiple maps), beware that without a software update, this robot gets really confused and probably won’t get the job done without significant frustration on your part and confusion on its part.

The Eufy X10 is the fifth robot vacuum that I’ve had over the last several years and the third with a mop function. In my opinion, it comes very close to the performance of my most expensive robot vacuum, which a couple of years ago cost 1200 dollars. That is pretty impressive for a unit that cost roughly half of that! The X10 is the first robot vacuum mop I’ve had that uses a spinning motion to mop floors, versus a reciprocating motion. I was excited to see how well it did on some tile floors I have that are constantly getting dirty from kids, food, and spills. My downstairs is a bit of an obstacle course. Couches, tables, bookshelves, entertainment centers, and rugs, lots of stuff to make robot vacuums really work for their money. From unboxing to actually running the X10 took maybe 20 minutes. There was already a 70% charge on the unit when I got it set into place, so without further ado I connected it to my WiFi through the Android app. It mapped out my 1800 square foot downstairs in about 10 minutes. Through the app I was able to merge, divide, and rename the rooms it mapped out. Through the options, you can customize how the X10 will clean, i.e., cleaning intensity, vacuum only/mop only, etc. Or you can do what I did, and check the Smart Mode box and just let the X10 decide the best way to clean based on AI. An hour later the X10 finished. The results were pretty dang good. The X10 is quick, gets into places my larger, much more expensive vacuum cannot, and does a good job of picking up junk on the floor. The X10 returns to the base station often to empty the waste bin and wash the mop heads. After each use, I empty out the dirty water bin and refill the clean water bin. Super simple and easy to use. The reason why the X10 does not get five stars from me: The mop function leaves small puddles of water on the floor while it is running. I totally understand that there will be a wet residue after the X10 passes over an area, but this was more than just what was being left down by the rotating mop heads. There were actually small puddles everywhere the X10 made a turn and went the other direction. These did not try within a minute or two, but last for 5-10 minutes. That is a bit of a bummer. You think the area is dry and then you step into these little water leftovers. The other thing I noticed is after a couple of mops, the X10 started leaving little wet chunks of lint on the floor that I had to pick up myself. I got around this by turning the Smart Mode off and then sending the X10 around on two separate trips, one to vacuum and one to mop. But that kind of stinks, because now it is running twice as long and why have Smart Mode at all? That is my only caveat with the X10, and thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, this is a great unit. I highly recommend it. A couple of small shortcomings, but the fact that it auto cleans (both mop and vacuum) and also auto dries the mop heads (so you don’t have soggy mop heads sitting on it for days on end), coupled with a great user interface and battery life, make this a great purchase.

I love this vacuum, I moved up from a Shark, and this one maps, cleans, and mops better than any other robot vacuum I've ever had. It maps your residence super fast and easy. It avoids all objects and spot cleans with ease. The only drawback is that it empities the dust bag really oftern. My Sharks could almost clean my entire house without dumping the dust and dirt. Also, this one has a dust bag that i am sure I will need to replace at some point. That's why i say 4.9 is a better score. I also added one small room than what my Shark cleaned, but I don't think that would contribute to the dust bag getting full so fast. As a matter of fact, i am sure. One of the best purchases ive ever made.

I received my unit yesterday and followed the instructions to setup. Once in the app I was greeted with a firmware update notification which brought me up to 2.2.34. Be warned that every version above this will remove the obstacle photos feature so I turned off auto update. After a bit of charging I sent the robot out for a mapping run. With the dock set in the kitchen it set out mapping the kitchen, made a left turn and mapped part of the master bedroom and after mapping the master bathroom it declared it was done and went back to the dock. I moved the unit to the living room and sent it back out again and this time it was able to map the whole house but once it returned it could not dock itself while on carpet so I moved the dock back to its original position and then it was able to dock. Today I sent it out to clean the whole house and it was able to correctly identify carpet from mopping areas all by itself. Obstacle avoidance seems to work for the most part and its pretty good at seeing shoes, wires and pedestals. If a door was closed or an area blocked when it tries the first time it will return to complete that area. Where it fails is with floor mats and especially bathroom mats which it will curl up and suck into the brush. Mopping performance is very good getting up muddy shoe prints with out any smearing or streaking. I use a small amount of Bissell solution but you can use whatever you please. Based upon what I'm seeing I will have to dump the waste tank and fill the fresh tank every two days but that's fine. Tanks are easily removed by simply pulling up and each has a locking tab that you just pull out to open the top. Likewise the vacuum bag sits beside them and is easily removed and replaced. Charging takes a very long time. When the battery gets too low during a cleaning run it will return to dock and recharge. Unlike some other units I've had it does not wait to get to 100% to go back out and will auto restart once it thinks it has enough battery to complete the rest of the map. In my use case it went back out at 86% state of charge. No machine is perfect but this one does a very good job and is reasonably priced especially if you can catch it on sale. I also added a 4 year geek squad warranty on it because it is a machine will lots of moving parts. Would I recommend this robot? Yes I would but keep in mind that my unit misbehaved while the base was on carpet with tons of free space all around it. I messaged support in the app and received a generic response that wasn't every helpful. Alternative choice: I would choose the Roborock QRevo Master which is also on sale right now with swing brush and swing mop technology. I might buy one anyway to have two units in the house.

Received the Eufy X10 double boxed. Opening was straightforward, but was at a loss looking for the instruction booklet. Only thing included was a safety booklet. Finally figured to scan the QR code to download instructions and app to operate the unit. The downloaded instructions include illustrations which make setup easy. The app takes you through strep by step check and startup. After this, I added water, setup WI-fi and Bluetooth, charged the unit and set out to see what it could do. We have a pet, and I left some pet hair on the carpet on purpose to test pick up ability. I turned the unit on, the unit connected and set out to map an clean at the same time. As to the actual operation, I can see some pluses and also minuses. The pros. The operation of this is amazing. It will come out from base, map rooms, clean floors – switching from carpet brush to spinning hard floor brush – return to base clean and dry brushes, pump out dirty water, get fresh water, and come out to continue cleaning again. All automatically! So far so good. However, I saw several drawbacks. To the mapping. I found it did miss some areas. I believe I could prompt it from app to cover these areas, but didn't try this. It gets fairly close to edges, but is within about 1 to 1½ inches. It did pick up pet hair fairly well, but did did not pick up some hair deeper in carpet. Of course, it cannot move obstacles to get behind, underneath or behind. And, you must “prep” cleaning area to remove pet toys, appliance wires, and small “flimsy” little rugs. All in all, I think this would be absolutely fantastic in certain applications, but falls short in some areas. I believe the best use of this would be in living spaces with a lot of hard floors, more spacious areas without too much clutter, and pets that shed less. And where “set – it – and - forget – it” would be a big benefit. And, it does take some floor space, so planning on the best placement is a must.

For vacuuming, this unit is pretty good. It does get the majority of the dust and trash on the floor, the self cleaning brush (it cuts hairs that it collects) is decent, it isn't anywhere near perfect but you won't have to clean it every time. the bag in the base unit is very useful since it will return and empty itself out. The mopping part is great, it doesn't wet my carpets and it will clean the floor (make sure to get some floor cleaner to mix with the water). My Biggest issues with it are that: 1)the water container is a bit small for the amount it consumes per use, I usually have to add water after 2 uses (this might vary depending on your floor size). 2) the wifi connection isn't the best so that will cause a multi of issues since the only way to easily control it is with the app. I have had to reset and connect mine 2-3 times and I have only had the unit a month or so.

I tried the Ecovac T10 and iRobot J7+. The Ecovac ran into walls and the mapping was really hard to use. The J7+ was great for pet hair because the brushes are rubber and the hair doesn’t wrap around them as much. But it got stuck and did not work well in the dark. The Eufy was everything I wanted it to be except that at almost 60 days I got a wheel module error and could not figure out why. I did have to clean the brush everyday because the pet hair would wrap up and plug it up. The brush detangler was useless for me. But I have two long hair dogs. The mopping was the best. The app and the mapping was really easy to use. Compared to other vacs, this model was less expensive with great features. Customer service was pretty good. But they did not work fast enough for me. I ended up taking my vac back to BestBuy.

Great vacuum, easy to setup and use. Recommend especially for pet owners. Love it so far. For some reason it does sometimes crash into things. Also sometimes goes to missed areas, but doesn’t turn up the suction back up. Thats the only 2 cons I have so far. Other than that great vacuum.

The robot was very easy to setup and cleaned the house spot clean. This was my first cleaning robot and it left the house spotless. I think the only problem I had was getting it to clean another floor. You need to disable some settings in the app so it doesn’t look for a station to refill after 30 mins. Otherwise it works great and keeps everything clean.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you are satisfied with the cleaning performance of your X10 Pro Omni.

We would like to inform you that the X10 Pro Omni is indeed designed to support multi-floor cleaning. However, without the Omni station, the robot cannot clean or moisten its mopping mop pads as it would typically do to maintain cleaning efficiency. To ensure that the cleaning quality is not compromised, the robot automatically switches to a "vacuum-only" mode. This adjustment prevents the robot from spreading dirt or leaving streaks on the floor with a dry or dirty mop.

For users who require mopping services on floors without an Omni station, it is essential to ensure that the robot has access to an Omni station on the same floor where the cleaning task is being performed. This allows the robot to maintain its mopping pads in optimal condition, providing a thorough and effective cleaning.

If possible, we recommend purchasing an additional Omni station to place on the second floor. This will help resolve the issue you are experiencing and ensure that your X10 Pro Omni can perform optimally on all floors of your home.

Should you have any further questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@eufy.com. We are here to assist you.

Thank you once again for your valuable feedback and for choosing Eufy. eufy

Was working great, it is not now sucking up water or coone ting to the internet. Aside from that. I have a huge down stair with tile floor, with a family of 8 and 5 dogs! I love this machine it does a great job! Deign flaws that could drastically improve this model, automatic dust bin emptying. Better eqla for water, sometimes my dust bin get damp. Have the product come with small bittoenof cleaning solution and two sets of pads. A better solution in cleaning the the mop cleaning tray. I am sure there is a higher model that solves this but this one is already pricy. It does work and require maintenance to make sure it’s running efficiently. Also, you have to wash the pads before using them because the machine says it dries them, but they always smell but for me the bit of maintenance I do in between each day keeps my floors, clean hair and dust free.

I really like this vacuum. It mops and vacuums which makes my life so much easier and cleaner. It’s great that the mop heads are self cleaning. And I also like that it self empties both the mop and the vacuum. I have noticed like a couple other vacuums that after only a short time the battery seems to not last as long. I haven’t even had this a year and it seems to take longer to vacuum the whole area because it needs to recharge more frequently. I still love it but I wish it would last as long as it did when I first got it.

We got this for Christmas and it does the the job. We like the vacuum and mop combo. It mapped out the floor very fast. You can virtually block out areas not to vacume and you should b/c it will go places not on the map. You can clean a room like the kitchen individually. The down side, so far it has gotten caught up in our Christmas tree wires and almost pull the tree down, and has gotten jammed in the rug with tethered ends. It is very loud when emptying the dirt. We would still buy it again. So conviniant even if we have to babysit it.

It has done a fantastic job of mopping my living room. The obstacle aboidance is generally good, however it has messed up on a few occasions. Notably, it once decided that it would spread catfood across the entire living room. Outside of that, it has kept our floor very clean. The mop consistently lifts up when on carpet.
