I would have preferred more auto options, ie one button defrost, reheat etc. But this is a great size for a convection microwave oven and suits my needs.

As it's mounted under the counter, it's not convenient to find appropriate buttons so a top load microwave might have been a better option.

The new microwave works as well or a little better than the old one. Only problem is learning all the new buttons and how to use them. Am very satisfied with the new one !!
