Great for gaming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these glasses because I have been having trouble with tired eyes and seeing my TV kind of blurry when I was gaming. I don't wear prescription glasses. I was worried I was going to need to get my eyes checked. So being stubborn and not wanting to have to wear "real" glasses I bought these. I have to say I was impressed with the first use. I can game sometimes for 4 hours at a time. Also seems like I am always looking at some kind of screen. Computer at work, iPhone,iPad and TV. These glasses are a life saver. Definitely help a lot. I even think I may wear them at the movies. I did have to try them on because I have a weird nose but they fit comfortably. My husband says I look like a dork but now I fit the part of gaming nerd now. :)

Saved My Eyes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a skeptic on if Gunnars worked. My first pair were these Onyx model Gunnars I bought from Best Buy. I was working a tech chat job, using horrible quality and horrible resolution screens. At the end of my 8 hour shift my eyes felt like they wanted to pop out of my head. I actually started noticing it was harder for me to see things at a distance, and I was losing my eye sight due to eye strain, or what it felt like. I finally decided in store after seeing these to give them a try. They were super light, really comfy and solid quality out of the box. Over a few years of use though the plastic around the lens broke. I glued it but, that only worked for so long. Gunnars helped save my eyesight. I purchased my second pair of Onyx model Gunnars (but the metal framed ones so I didn't have the frame break) and I will never go back. If you are a person who looks at a computer screen all day for work, or you are always playing video games, or always staring at screens. Do not wait, buy these. They will literally make a world of difference. I've sold a few of my fellow Computer Science classmates on them since coding all day takes a toll on your eye sight. My only quirk about the 4/5 stars is the plastic frame seemed to fail on it's own, I always took great care of them and never crushed them. They just broke one day when I put them on, but don't let that stop you from trying them out. You will never go back.

Necessary for Office use/ Fantastic for home use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always contemplated buying blue light glasses for computer use but never wanted to buy something cheap. The Gunnar brand has always recommended to me by friends but it wasn't until having LASIK eye surgery and having to be in front of a computer all day for work that made me decide to pull the trigger and buy a pair. I've only had them for one day but I 100% love them. They are a comfortable fit on my bigger sized head. The nose bridge is comfortable enough to where I can forget that I'm even wearing the glasses. They are loose enough to not squeeze my head. They're also tight enough to not fall off my face. The quality is great too. A very solid built frame. They also work fantastically. I've been sitting in front of 4 computer screens for at least 4 hours now and I've not had to use eye drops or rub my eyes from exhaustion once. I even used them last night at home while playing on my Nintendo Switch in handheld mode with the lights off. My eyes didn't hurt once. Plain and simple, if you believe you need blue light glasses, then Gunnar is a great brand to use.

They Work
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They take a little while to get used to earing, but they are comfortable. Build quality is very good. they definitely reduce eye strain, especially when you have to look at a computer screen all day. The frame is larger than it needs to be, but I understand that these are made to fit a wide range of faces. Would definitely recommend to anyone stuck behind a computer all day,

Worth wearing. Believe that they reduce eye strain
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had these for a few months. I use these for extended periods of time on the computer and with gaming. The difference when wearing them is noticeable than without. Whether on a PC monitor, or laptop my eyes feel more comfortable when using the glasses. There is a noticeable change in view when removing them after prolonged usage. I have noticed in the past that there was slight discomfort (eye strain and sometimes slight headache) after long sessions of gaming especially. I haven't had that problem since trying these out. It has convinced me enough that I now rarely do any work on computer or game without slipping these on. The build quality is pretty good, I like the style as well. Seem to be a bit tougher to keep smudges away, but the included bag cleans them fairly well. I do find that once a week it is best to clean them with a monitor cleaner and wipe. Comfort level while wearing is excellent. I forget I have them on and wander around the house or office with them on at times. I will buy another pair soon for a slightly different style and so I don't have to carry with me between home and work.

Helpful
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Highly recommend to anyone who feels they can't stare at a screen all day. I use these glasses and my eyes haven't felt tired yet. I just don't like the size. The frame is just a little too big for my face but it was all that was in stock and I needed it. Comfortable enough, I don't feel them on my nose. I don't normally wear glasses.

Durable and Comfy!!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These gaming glasses feel really well made. They come with a soft case and a cleaning cloth, and are not flimsy at all. I have a large size head, and they fit comfortably with no discomfort after extended wearing. The blue light filtering is excellent, and they really help ease eye strain and irritation.

Helps with headaches and sensitive eyes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Back story: I stare at 2 computer screens on most days for about 8 hours a day. I also like to unwind with some FPS (first person shooter)gaming on my 55" 4K. I have blue eyes and 20/20 vision. I suffer from chronic headaches and migraines. Point being my eyes are extremely sensitive to all light. My eyes are constantly strained and while wearing my expensive polarized sunglasses inside (which is not "cool") helps, it's not practical. After extensive research for glasses that would aid me in my working conditions, I found that Gunnar eyewear was my safest bet. Since my purchase I am fairly pleased with the product. I am not use to wearing these type of glasses and it takes a bit to get accustom to the lens but once your eyes have adjusted (takes seconds) they are very comfortable and I swear I can hear my eyes let out a sigh of relief every time I put them on. Taking them off after long hours of use takes an adjustment. Other than that I have had no problems. The additional warranty that best buy offers for them is amazing! $10 for the warranty and I have already dropped and scratched the lenses. I took them to my nearest Best Buy (not the one I purchased them at) and they replaced them right there with a brand new pair! I wish I had that warranty on my sunglasses!

Great for long gaming sessions!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great for protecting your eyes from the harmful blue light emitted from tv's and monitors. The fit is comfortable, the lenses are oversized, and the amber tint brightens up objects on the monitor. My eyes feel less strained after a long gaming session. Definitely will buy again and recommend to others.

Great Gaming Glasses
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These glasses are really nice if you are going to be looking at a computer screen for more than 2 hours. It reduces the strain on your eye so after a few hours they do not feel dry and they also reduce blue light coming from a screen and they are comfortable to wear.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are unbelievable. I am prone to eye strain and headaches, These help eliminate it. Really the comfort factor is incredible. They cut down the blue rays that enter the eyes causing strain. Feels like an eye massage. Very comfortable.

I think they work?
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To be honest, I have no idea if these actually help with eye strain or headaches. I think they do, but it’s been really hard to identify a direct cause and effect situation. They definitely filter out the blue light well, and I think the screen images look sharper while wearing these. The fit is great though, and they’re comfortable to wear. So I suppose if they are helping with eye strain or headaches, I have no problem continuing to use them and believing they’re helping.

Gunnar Intercept
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Thanks to Gunar glasses as they help me with the dry eyes syndrome. I have much less tears, muscle tensions and tightness during the screen time (I still use Biotrue eye drops for dry eyes syndrome) Moreover, it has a very comfortable shape, weight and size! Also, I'm grateful to the Best Buy for the best price option.

INCREDIBLE. Awesome Glasses for a great price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As an employee at Best Buy, I like to try new devices. I game for hours a day, and these have helped me SUBSTANTIALLY. My aim has improved and the headaches have been gone. I use a huge gaming headset and the glasses do not make it uncomfortable and work just fine while the headset is on. 10/10 recommend! It doesn’t help with dry eyes, is what I’ve found, however. :(

Size and shape are perfect
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I frequently travel internationally. Although I turn on the blue light filter on my devices while traveling I can't do that with the airlines monitors. So I purchased these Gunnar glasses. They fit very well, are comfortable and above all I do not get a headache while working on a laptop or watching movies when traveling. Awesome product.

My Daughter In-Law loves them
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These were bought as a Christmas gift. I didn't read the reviews but knew that my daughter in-law had been wanting a pair. She absolutely loves them. They are comfortable for all day wear as she sits on a computer all day long. She even forgets to take them off and wears them outside the office. They help prevent glare and reduce the amount of headaches she used to get. Great product, I will be buying more for my son.
