Not enough RAM to do anything with. Low storage space. The only good thing about it was how lightweight it was.

I've had this laptop for 3 months now. I've only used it for looking up stuff for my games. i play on my switch like maps for TOTK . But this laptop overheats in less than 5 minutes as soon as you turn it on. I cant can't even get the web browser pulled up before it's super hot, and I've tried setting it on a different surface with or with the charger and even having it proped on my legs with a gap for air flow. NOTHING WORKS it always overheats. Which then causes it to run slower. My advice it to spend a little more and get a better quaility laptop.

I bought a laptop June 13,2025 I used it maybe 8 hours and the day of the return dead line the screen has what looks like water spots on it. Now I pretty much just threw $150 away because they are saying I’m outside the window.

Had to return this laptop. As soon as you save anything on it, it gives you an error not enough storage space. I purchased a hard drive and it still didn’t work properly.

too bright cant dame the light it hurts my eyes when I'm looking at the screen

This is the sixth computer I've purchased since 1993 and it is absolutely the worst ever. MY $40 Android phone has faster and more dependable internet ability. Routinely takes 3 to 4 hours just to close a website page. (yes, HOURS not minutes). Save yourself some time and just throw $250 in the trash can. Would not recommend and will never buy another HP product.

i don’t want to sound like a picky person nor blame best buy directly. but when i received my package the whole box was soaked in some type of liquid that smelled like windex. the computer was fine but the whole box was damaged and i left a review on the shipping company complaining about it and didn’t hear back from them

Wireless card broken out of the box. Since I can’t get it to initiate setup I’m returning it.

I hate this laptop!!! Enlarges page whenever it wants & just did it while writing this review. Don't have to click on anything and goes there anyway. Does NOT have left click OR doesn't work!!! Performs mostly like the ancient Windows 10 I replace with this junk!!! DO NO buy!!! HP should be ashamed but of course they're laughing all the way to the bank. Sorry suckers, I'm replacing this one!!! New one coming better NOT have any issues

Highly disappointed ordered a new one for college they sent me a used one and refused to return it, now I have to pay 100 dollars for them to try and reset it. Would not recommend.

I've only had mine since June 27 and I THOUGHT it was great. it's been freezing up on me.

Describe as a screen touch, but not touch screen. Please do something

It started working for a week then after that, it stopped working . The mouse keeps lagging Big regret

Do not recommend this laptop. Spend a little more and get your money's worth.

I am really enjoying my hp it is everything I expected and more.
