Its not a bad laptop, however, sometimes when watching videos wether its on a streaming website or youtube it'll have this glitch in the sound and the video itself after a while like frame by frame. Ive had it 5 months and the keyboard already stopped working not sure why. Sometimes itll also take a minute to turn on. I think its deffective.

This all-in-one PC is straightforward to install and user-friendly, making it suitable for beginners. However, the screen quality and resolution do not meet expectations, especially when compared to Dell products. There are noticeable differences between the two. Additionally, when playing YouTube videos, there are occasional glitches in both sound and video, which could be a concern. Overall, while this PC might suffice for basic tasks, it is not recommended for advanced users who require it for video editing or computer programming.

I have bought two. One was defective and returned. The other proved very difficult for my IT person to install remote access software, which has been installed on over a dozen of our PCs. Don't understand why, but I won't be buying another one. HP and Dell are typically our "go to" brands. Very disappointing.

In getting repaired for the power cord broke off in side the computer.

The all in one is basically a good computer however the stand is not a secure stand. Any touching of the screen causes the stand to wobble. This is a touch screen monitor. I will be returning the system because of the wobble. Not acceptable.

It’s ok. I’m a little disappointed with how slow it boots up and processes loading pictures on websites.

This computer is horrible, the speaker sound is horrible, constant static, the computer lags even when playing simple Facebook games like Solitaire, it lags and makes weird noises. Hoping Geek Squad can help!

It's not as fast as I thought it would be. Sluggish at times, lots of pauses. My biggest problem was with Geek Squad. They didn't properly transfer everything over, so missing a lot and I paid $179 to them to do a good job, but nope. I called and emailed, no response. I now have to pay another company to complete the transfer. I won't use Geek Squad again. I was warned by friends not to use them, but I didn't listen.

The laptop is just what I wanted but the base is very wobbly and not secure. The monitor moves every time you turn on the computer and it'ss stable. Very disappointed.

Average rating due to the excessive pre-loaded software that is of no use to me, removed a lot of it. Also average rating for lack of software needed to use computer to its fullest, I do not do subscription based programs, AI, or any thing in a cloud, hence is why I purchased a large HD. Also lack of CD rom/Burner, and non rechargeable or non-Bluetooth compatibility keyboard and mouse keep my rating at average.

I’m not happy with my computer. I don’t believe it is using windows 11, brand new and using windows 10.

Multiple keys on the keyboard would stick which rendered it useless. I had to connect my old keyboard to the computer which then rendered the mouse included useless also.

worked great for a week and then it updated and will not allow printers to print and will not allow the drivers to be downloaded - spent 9 hours on phone with HP and they want to charge for service/assistance even though the PC was less than 3 weeks old -

Most of the apps are unavailable to launch and open when I click on icons

All-in-One suits my need. Windows is much slower than Windows 1. Also the keyboard requires a lot more pressure on the keys than I am used to.

The size of the computer is great for the price. Good deal

A great PC for my design work and for other work at home

This is the second one, the first crashed the 3rd day. Went into sleep mode and tried to update, big problem. So far so good with the 2nd one.

It’s been three weeks and so far my mother is pleased with it except for the fact she’s not able to get online due to issues on the HP side of things!! Maybe they’ll have it fixed today. Could not connect with the WiFi!!

The computer is good I don't like that it has Very few inputs in the back, will need an adaptor to hook up cables.
