The solid glass back of the Honor 8 is a thing of beauty and provides great reception, although it needs a case to avoid sliding effortlessly off of anything but a completely flat, level surface. (tragic backstory) That is the only flaw I've found in a flagship smartphone that surpasses most, if not all major competitors in both quality and value. Replacement screens can be found for around $30 as well, which is much cheaper than a service plan lol.

Best phone ever owned

Great fast focus camera. Great dispay. Super fast. No bloatware. Great tools. Even the the Honor shell is great. I don't know what the Cnet etc reviewers are complaining about it is much more friendly than anything elase I have ever owned. Honor customer for ever.

Best non apple phone yet

If apple and Samsung made a baby this would be the phone baby. The camera is good front and back, the features are really cool, it had an over the top battery life I've gone a whole day from the time u wake up to going to bed with out charging and still was over 50%. I recommend this phone to any body new or who not trying to pay $800 for a phone but want something that come close or is just as good as one.

Great phone so far

I got a good deal on it and I needed a phone so I went for it. The phone is really high quality. No app drawer is a little wierd to get used to but its doable. Fingerprint scanner is amazing. Its a really nice phone. Kind of looks like an iphone without the iphone price. Great performance too it has never lagged on me

Solid phone - Bad Support

Kirin processors are extreme powerhouses but sadly lack in the GPU category. Still can run anything at this phone though. Honor/Huawei however really dropped the ball in terms of developer support which they stated they would provide. Looking for custom ROMs steer clear of this device as it will most likely never come. Fantastic phone but Huawei lost me as a customer after this one.
