Five Stars. The family loves it. It washes large loads well including blankets and rugs. We usually buy super expensive brand name wahers but they never last. This washer works just as good, or better. I'd be happy if it last at least four years.

Seems this item has worked for many others but unfortunately not for me. This item will not drain for me nor will it allow me to use the other functions example normal. heavy. quick wash etc. It only allows me to wash on Quick Wash for it to only just wash and NOT RINSE with a error code E1. Item delivered on 3/10/2021, had to call for a return pickup 3/11/2021. I waited 2+ weeks for item to deliver and now this. NO luck for me, mind you I was on a budget and only purchased it due to the 1300+ 4* star reviews and $549 price tag and modern appeal with glass door. I did not read any of the reviews just seen it had a high 4+ star review and that's all I need to see before buying. Uuuuuug back to square 1.

Absolute disaster. Do not waste your time or money. Washed 2 loads of laundry. Kept hearing creeking and popping. Went to check. The door started crack. Washed another load and the machine just stopped working becauase the door popped of the hindges. Delivered on Friday broke the next day.

This is the worst washing machine I have ever bought.

When it works, it works great and I love it. But then there’s times where I will come back and there’s an E4 error and the items are still soaked. I’ll put it on drain and spin, but it then fills the washer all the way up again just to do the same thing. Sometimes it takes multiple tries for it to work all the way. There’s no rhyme or reason. One time washing the same thing will work, while the next time it will flag an error, then the third time will work normal again. I don’t understand it.

We are a family of 5, and let me tell you we abuse our washing machines. our recent was a maytag bravos. we killed it in 2 years. went to best buys website and read reviews. 4000+ reviews! omg inran my first load and i couldnt believe the dirt that came out of my clothes! crazy! i picked up in store and the order was ready in minutes! awsome service and the help loading was much appreciated. Best buy is my go to for appliances

We had a bit of back and forth getting this machine. We had bought this initially in November, though there was a fault that wouldnt allow the machine to process past the rinse cycle. We contaced customer support to pick up the washer and exchange for another, though we didn't get the delivery. We went into store to repurchase the machine, which when installed, worked beautifully. A much better experience than the first washer received. It's super efficient and we've had no issues with the new machine.

For what it’s worth, it looks nice and fancy. It’s not bad but occasionally, I get an E1 error code and have to go and restart the washer or change it to drain and spin because it doesn’t complete the whole cycle. It’s as easy as a setup as you can ask for, install is effortless and it’s very quiet when it’s running. I’d like it better without the E1 error though.

Replace a front loader with this machine. The tub is almost too big. I have to stand on tip toe to reach the bottom. It does a good job, but occasionally gives error code and can’t figure out what is wrong.

7/10 because it does everything good but if you put a little too much clothes inside then it will get stuck and randomly keep running and running without stop. It does this thing on start up where it will move and spin without water in order to sense how many clothes are inside, but if you put too many clothes or something like a blanket which absorbs too much water and gets heavy, the machine doesn’t know what to do and it starts wasting electricity and water like no one’s business.

I went with this machine based on the generally good reviews and price. Mistake. After 2 loads, machine kept filling up & not draining. I had to call customer service & was able to reset it by unplugging. I paid attention to how the machine operated & noticed that it would unbalance itself. After starting the cycle, it agitates for several seconds before adding water. Almost every single time, it would move my well balanced load onto one side of the machine, throwing the load off balance. For each load, I would have to pause when the water was added in order to rebalance the load & prevent an error code. This worked for a couple of weeks until the agitator just stopped working! Then, Insignia said it would take a week to get someone out to look at it to see "IF" it could be fixed. The machine is 5 WEEKS OLD & BROKEN!

I live in south Florida in an area where half the population installs their laundry equipment outdoors or other non-climate controlled environments. While no appliance is designed to be used outdoors, this machine and the essentially identical FFTW4120SW are the only ones that seem to last in that type of environment. Every other make and model has a component or two that can't handle the heat and humidity. Over the last four years we have bought maybe a dozen of these for rental properties and now I won't buy anything else, even for indoor use. The key to keeping them nice is to simply take a soaking wet piece of dirty laundry and wipe down the top of the machine regularly, especially around the bleach and detergent dispensers.

Was good for 1 year. Started running off balance shortly after and gradually got worse. We don’t wash bulky items, so I don’t think it was caused by that. The agitator is the worst. We will balance it and restart the cycle and the agitator just keep tossing everything to one side. Paid an appliance repair guy to come out and he said it’s not worth the cost to repair it, that we are better off replacing. Every so often I chance it with the off-brands and I usually end up regretting it. Would not recommend this one based on my experience, but I read reviews before purchasing and it seems most people are happy.

so far so good with this one. the 1st one didn't last very long....

I was told by a Best Buy worker to not buy this and stay away from it that they never work and they always break down I could have sworn this is their brand but jokes on him mines working strong works just fine no complaints

The price is good for a washer when you can’t afford an expensive one but didn’t last long either an that I used it gently before I bought this washer I had a set of LG that last me for 7 years almost 8 years an this one only lasted me 1 year an it stoped working.

Seems to be a really great product at a great price point. Had a GE prior to purchasing this one and it was nothing but trouble.

Had a FD code come up after 3 weeks of having it, but has been fine ever since.

Its loud. Not sure how long it will last. It works for now

So far so good only time will tell if it last and actually worth the price
