Happy to see that Best Buy had it in stock. DisplayPort cables are Not bidirectional so I was also happy to see that the packaging was Clearly marked. Hooked it up and works perfectly.

Only works DisplayPort source to HDMI monitor.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure if the description was unclear or if I just didn't read closely enough, but this cable only works in the opposite direction that I needed it to. The DisplayPort end has to go into the computer and the HDMI end has to go to the monitor. To the cable's credit it is clearly labeled that this is the case. It does function just fine the correct way round, and with a HDMI switch did help me solve the problem I was trying to solve.
