    One of the cords is great! The other, even with careful connecting and disconnecting is already starting to break connection when I have my phone in my hand and move it at all. FRUSTRATING! I buy the braided cord type because they are usually more sturdy and these looked great and still do, but I added pics of the one that is causing the problem, cause you can't see any damage, but obviously there is a problem....

    Got 2 in a pack. 1 was defected. The other works. I like the braided cord. But man didn’t expect 1 to be unusable.

    Bought as opened box item. Betting it was returned for same reason I’m returning it. While plugged into our phones or iPads there is a constant beep alerting you that it’s not charging properly. Could the device be defective? Bought two different chargers that day. One is excellent the heavier corded one is the one we are returning.

    I’ve used this for less than a month before it started giving me that “accessory not supported” error and having to be held in a specific position to charge. Waste of money.
