    This product is a xmas gift which has not been given yet seeing its December 19th. I even asked for a gift receipt!!! I do not know if the product is any good. However, the checkout process was a nightmare,.

    I love this microwave simple to operate, also the oven is large enough to handle everything I cook in a microwave. Sales person who helped me was very helpful.

    15 day return policy and rude manager.

    I can’t comment on how well the microwave works. I didn’t end up needing the microwave so I attempted to return it. Not aware that Best Buy has a 15 day return policy. I was just over 30 days when I tried to return the microwave. The young man at the counter made me aware of the return policy. I told him that it was still on their website for sale and still on their shelf. The box was unopened. I was told they would be willing to do an in store credit. But I asked to speak to a manager to see if they would be willing to refund me the money, regardless of me being a little over the return policy. the store manager was very rude from the moment he walked up to the counter. I explained to him I wasn’t aware of their 15 day return policy and felt that that was a little short. He came back saying that Best Buy feels that 15 days is plenty of time for you to decide if you like to keep the product. When I said OK, could I please just get the in-store credit the manager went back and said no we won’t give you that either. It was a very disheartening experience. I would’ve returned it within the timeframe if I was aware of their 15 day return policy yes that’s on me. But life gets busy. That manager had made up his mind prior to even coming to the counter to try to help me based on his body language. I was very disappointed in how rude this person was to me. There are other places to find these same products with longer return policies.

    If I could give it ZERO I would. Do NOT BUY! This is the LOUDEST microwave, so loud it’s probably defective and dangerous. I reported it via phone the day received yet they made NO note in my account of my intent to return. Now I cannot print the return label and I am out 90.00 for a DEFECTIVE microwave. No way Best Buy…this is WRONG. You need to HONOR my request to return defective as it was TIMELY. I have been a good customer, I suggest you HONOR your customers.

    This was a big disappointment. We set it up, only to find that the glass tray didn’t sit level. It wobbled and there was no way to set it up so that it didn’t. We had to return it.

    I bought this one to replace my Insignia microwave oven. My model is no longer available so got this one. The one I had is no longer available. Both are 0.9 cu ft but this one is smaller and uglier. It has a child lock that I cannot disable. I will be returning it as soon I find another microwave oven. They don't make them like they used to. This one costed more too. I prefer the look of the old model better.

    Door latch is NOT ADA accessible

    I brought this microwave for my disabled mother who survived a stroke and has weakness in her right side. The left side is strong, but she is unable to even OPEN THE DOOR because of the latch on the door which needs to be engaged by pressing a button/trigger upward while pulling simultaneously. I read the Q&As and apparently, this "feature" cannot be disabled so we will have to return. Very disappointed.

    This microwave stopped working a week after purchase. I would have returned it, but I threw the box it came in away. I had to buy another brand name microwave to replace it.

    Bought in October and starting in January microwave would turn off by itself, start beeping for no reason and just stop working. Then, it would start working agin for a few days and then again stop working, start beeping and then after a few minutes start working again. I am very disappointed in this product and would like a response as to what to do.

    Only a few months of use and there is a short or something wrong with it. One example is it will just start microwaving as soon as you plug it in.

    I am giving this a 1 star review for now. Not because the item is bad but because Best Buy delivery saw fit to dump it in my front yard rather bring it to either door of my house. To lazy to walk up a stoop. Who does this crap. I wont be buying from here again.
