    I love these things, unfortunately they become a little uncomfortable to wear after a long period of time. Audio quality is fantastic and the bass isn’t too bad the only problem I’ve had is that the case opens too easily and because of that I’ve already lost a headphone.I would recommend if you are outside a lot with them the power connection between the headphone and the case like to get dirty and charging becomes a bit of a mission

    I have been purchasing cheap, 30-40$ bluetooth headphones off of amazon for the past couple of years since covid. I finally wanted to treat myself, and purchased these bad boys. I have broken ear buds do to working out and having too much sweat enter the speaker, but other than that usually don't have issues. So far, these are amazing. Clear, lots of base, sound cancellation tech is terrific. The only issue is like some other, cheaper earbuds I have purchased, the left earbud has stopped charging. In past weeks, it has done this only to start charging again, but recently it has stopped which is really frustrating as I am past the 15 day return policy. I have been an athlete all my life and love these earbuds, and will need to try and clean/fix them to reconnect the charging capability which I hope works. I will try and contact JBL if I am unable to fix them, but love them so far.

    the product sound is great, it connects to the mobile within a snap second. the battery is fine. even though i am having some charging issue on the right earbud. noise cancellation is okay

    Great headphones to beat up. I use them for work and they do the job. Volume is okay nothing crazy but not bad. Charging is a strugge not sure why. Bluetooth goes about 16 ft far.

    Great sound and great battery life, BUT had to replace them after a month because the left ear bud stopped charging. I even tried cleaning the contacts on the ear buds and the ones in the case and still no luck. My replacements ended up developing the same problem but this time with the right ear bud a couple months after getting them.

    I've had 4 sets of these (I lose stuff like crazy). My only issue is 2 out of 4 of the sets is one earbud would stop charging out of nowhere and another set 1 bud would stay awake. Other than that they do sound great.

    I received these yesterday, charged the case and buds (or so I thought) and started using them. I then discoveed after multiple attempts that the left bud won't accept a charge. Taking them back to Best Buy today for a replacement or a different model number. Great sound and the app make customizing the sound really easy.

    Great sound , I only had one issue, the left ear bud was not charging. Only had them 3 weeks. I fellow the u tube fix it and it works well .fingers crossed

    The earbuds themselves are great! All the functions and capabilities make these awesome, but I've had a ton of problems with charging them. The connections are in the bottom of the case and won't charge unless they're perfectly clean. I have to clean them nearly ever time I put them back in their case. For the price I feel like this technicality should've been worked out.

    It is a good earbuds so far i experienced but the problem is from yesterday the left earbud did not charging. I have been using this earbud sonce November 2023.

    I bought these a while back, actually purchased two pair, returned one, thought they were broken. Nope, just one the buds will not connect to my phone from time to time, sometimes they do not charge when in the charger. Left in the charger overnight, woke up next day and one of the buds was not charged. This is very frustrating.

    Very disappointing earbuds for the price. This is my second pair (I already had to send the first pair in for repair since one of the earbuds stopped working), and just a month later of owning the new ones, have issues. One earbud doesn’t charge even when plugged in and secured, random disconnects, and HORRIBLE wind interference if you run or bike while using these AVOID

    Not bad when they work, there's a reason JBL keeps discounting these due to their well known charging issue where one bud will not charge at all. Solution is to send it to JBL for a warranty replacement. Spend a little more and get better.

      Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Tune 235NC TWS, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you're experiencing Bluetooth connection we recommend to reset it to factory default setting. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

    4 month review. Don't, just don't. Use your money elsewhere. Right bud stopped charging. Cleaned as suggested, no dust or body oils on contacts, will not charge.

    The right earbud stopped reliably charging about a month or two into having these. JBL advises cleaning the contacts, but cleaning is tricky due to the design of the case, and it didn't fix the problem.
