Not very good! The noise cancellation is very poor people have a hard time hearing me talk when I’m running my machine spend the extra $$$ and get airpods or something else. Not worth it in my opinion. They don’t go very loud either and switch back and forth from noise canceling to other modes randomly

Love JBL!! These stay in my ears well, sound good and the noise canceling is great. Would like if they went a little louder but for the price they’re well with it!

Great! After all the years of using wired @pple ear buds, the $19 dollar ones, which are still pretty good, my expectation on these wireless JBL buds simply took me into another dimension of audible nirvana. I was skeptical as I saw the 1-star reviews and others about volume issues... untrue. Maybe the JBL app that is available is the solution to those low reviews. I had no such bad experience. Excellent experience... now what do I do with my old wired @pple buds?

These earbuds are decent for their price (black Friday). I only wish that they had the capability to go a bit louder. Aside from that, they have good battery life and the sound quality isn't bad.

Sounds good but not very loud. They stayed in my ear and is a good design. Problem, it kept losing connection all of the time, and it doesn't matter of the device, 3 times during 1 call of 35 minutes. Lost connection to the music a lot too.

We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the speaker on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset your unit, first make sure that the case is not charging, tap the right earbud twice and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. Thank you for you for your feedback. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You may also try using the different sizes of eartips for our JBL Tune 235NC TWS. Feel free to contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Tune 235NC TWS. While pairing, please ensure that both devices aren't connected to any other Bluetooth devices nearby. The light indicator of the earbuds will flash in blue light when pairing and turn solid blue if it's connected to a device. To get the best audio response and comfortability with the earbuds, please try the different ear tip sizes that perfectly seal and fit into your ear. Angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbud to fit securely. In addition, the earbuds can be susceptible to moist or deep-seated dirt that blocks the screen of the earbuds. To reduce the likelihood of this issue, clean the earbuds by removing the dirt after each use, using a pointed toothpick to remove large amounts, and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance. JBL

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, you may try the various ear tip sizes to create the best seal and audio performance. Next, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, and checking the balance control in the JBL headphone app. After that, you may try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last step is to clean the ear tips. Cleaning the ear tips is something that should occur on a fairly regular basis. When wearing in-ear, because of the seal that is created, our ear canals can get moist and develop dirt and debris. The screen in front of the ear tip is extremely small and can get blocked by this debris. When it gets blocked, the sound is unable to pass through the screen. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support. JBL

We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Tune 235NC have active noise cancellation (ANC) feature which helps reduce the external noise. To activate the noise-canceling feature, tap your left earbud once. You can toggle between on, off, or ambient modes. With ambient mode, you can still hear some external sounds if you need to be aware of your surroundings. You can also adjust the ANC mode using the JBL Headphones App. For optimal noise reduction, make sure the ear tips fit securely in your ears. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit. For volume issue, if you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the earbuds itself and still find the loudness insufficient, please note that the EQ (equalizer) feature can be accessed through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the loudness, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement. Thanks for your feedback. To raise the volume on your JBL Tune 235NC, make sure that both your source device and the earbuds are set to their highest volume levels. Activate the noise cancellation feature by pressing the button on the left earbud once until you hear a confirmation tone and see a white LED light up. You can also use the JBL Headphones App to enable or disable noise cancellation and adjust other settings. You may also initiate a reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. Disappointing Volume

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Got these as a smaller/lighter alternative to my 4 year old Bose earbuds. I tried for several days to adjust the EQ (on the JVC App) Never could get them to sound clear. Either too much midrange, painful thin highs, or muffled, not clear bass. No comparison to the Bose. Also a big thing for me was the volume level is about half of what the Bose are. Disappointing. Returned them.
