So comfortable
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has got to be the most interesting design in earbuds I've ever used. My personal preference is in ear noise cancelling earbuds but I do have some open ear ones as well. Just depends on the application. My anc earbuds are meant for the gym while the open air can be when I do yard work or walk the dogs. I like to be able to hear my surroundings. For a very affordable set of earbuds, the Jlab Flex comes with a lot of features. Multi-point connection and volume control are 2 features alone that you usually don't see at this price point. Out of the box, you get the earbuds, a very short usb cable for charging and setup pamphlet. I took the earbuds out of the case and my phone found it immediately. Paired it and then downloaded the app. That's it. Ready to go. The app gives you options to change the touch controls and customize your eq. Because the way the earbuds are designed, the touch pad is actually behind your ear lobe and that took some time to get use to. I wasn't a fan. The touch control was responsive but at times was finicky, that could be because I wasn't use to reaching behind my ears. The case was very compact so easily fits in the little pocket of your jeans. Phone conversations was acceptable, but not the best. I found myself at times raising my voice. Music, was a 7/10. Now being open ears, I didn't expect it to be great and it wasn't. If you really like bass music, this set is not for you. But, if like me, you listen to a lot of podcasts while doing yardwork or walking the dog, it's perfect. But what make the JLAb Flex stand out from all my other earbuds, it is the most comfortable set ever. I really can't even feel it on my ears. Not only is it comfortable, but it stays in place. I ran with it thinking it might move around, but nope, stayed exactly where I put it and couldn't even tell it was there. That by itself was worth buying.

Good secondary earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these for a very low price during holiday season, so I don’t feel so bad about keeping it. I would no recommend it otherwise. Pros: Mic Battery Comfort Size Cons The sound quality is not why you buy it. Mediocre Connectivity; when it works it’s fine. When it doesn’t… you have to rest them.

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love these earbuds, they have great life span and charge up really fast. The case itself also holds a great charge. They stay on for everything, I put it through the running, headbanging, dancing test and they didnt budge. Only negative is i feel like they dont have very far connection but thats fine i typically always have my phone on me besides at work. The app is great, i love the touch controls and the sound is perfect. Case is nice and small.

They fit comfortably on little ears and adult size ears. They don't go directly into your ear canal so you can protect your hearing AND they sound great! This price (24.99) was a steal!

Great
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this! I primarily got them because of my daith piercing. It fits, doesn't push on it weird, and it's nice to be able listen to music from both ears! Totally stable, but the only downside is if you have it too loud, people can hear what you're listening to. I totally recommend!

JLab Flex
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these as I wanted something that didn't fall out of my ears when I ran. I have run several times, 3 miles at a time, and they have not fallen out. Full disclosure, I'm completing this review to get a five dollar coupon.

Perfect for me
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these earbuds. For the first few uses I could tell I was wearing them from the pressure. Slight discomfort if I wear them too long, but I know they will not fall out or slip.

Leaves You Wanting More
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the box are the headphones, charging case, USB-C to USB-C charging cord, manual. (There is an app.) Right out of the box, these headphones in their case have a lightweight-sleek design. The cord it comes with is a usb-c to usb-c; which was great to see JLab using the newer charger, but it does not come with an adapter to plug into the wall. There’s a small protective tab to be removed, but they are ready to play right out of the box. Putting them on, I immediately noticed they do pinch your ears. It took a few hours of wear before I got used to the pressure on that part of my ear. Not to say it was entirely bad, as the tightness does keep it still. Wherever you rest the headphones, they will not move. They are also bigger than I initially thought they were, which has its own pros and cons. Great for keeping it one size for all users, and being able to adjust how they rest in your ear; however a nuisance for long haired users as the Cuffs are a magnet for any hair near the ear. Thankfully, hair doesn’t seem to activate the touch controls on the Cuffs, only skin. And even more thankfully you can turn the touch controls off (With the downloaded app), as the way the cuff rests naturally against your neck at some times it will activate the button, doing various things like skip songs and activating voice assistant. This seems to be worse when you’re active and sweating, but it could have been the way I was wearing them. The battery life was a bit lacking, as the headphones only last about five hours and charge twice in the case. It also doesn’t give you much of a warning before they die, I only heard it say battery low once before they turned themselves off. And when dead, they aren’t truly dead as they will turn themselves back on if you haven’t put them back in the case. (Learned the hard way when the touch turned them on and played music while I was asleep.) Despite this the headphones have an immensely crisp and clear sound, exceptional quality calls, and a very user-friendly start manual and app. The sound is one of the best quality I’ve heard out of headphones so far, they aren’t too loud mind you, but it doesn’t really bother me because of how nice they sound. Overall, there are a few quirks but nothing that are a deal breaker. I would recommend this product to friends and family. And I would probably purchase again because of the good sound quality.

Junk
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Junk. With volume maxed out I can only hear clearly if the surrounding area is silent. Bought them for a more comfortable fit and they are comfortable however sound and call quality is horrible.

Finally - an earbud that stays in my ear!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These JLab Flex earbuds are fantastic. They came fully charged in the case which was convenient. They paired quickly with both my phone and my laptop without any problems. At first they were a little cumbersome or confusing to put on my ear because all my other earbuds just go inside the ear (hence they fall out easily). Once I figured out how to "clip" them on with the speaker on the inside and the controls on the outside - it became very easy to to just grab them and clip them on anytime. The controls work well once you figure out which side does what (it comes with an easy to read card that shows the functions of each). The touch controls are very responsive. The sound quality is as good as any other ear bud I have. I did find I had to turn up the volume a little more than usual, simply because the speaker is not pressed inside the ear compared to most. I like this however - it makes the earbuds extremely comfortable for long term use. The best feature by far is the clip on style. This is the first set of earbuds that stays in both ears, no matter how much I most, until I take them out. My left ear is misshapen and more other buds fall out too easily - but these stay in and are comfortable!
