    Easy to use and set up, good sound also can change devices quickly. be cautious of charging port on the head set, it can come loose if not careful.

    cheap, well fitting, and sturdy. only issue is the charging port is micro usb instead of a type c.

    Don't push the micro-usb connector too far in to headset for charging. This break the internal circuit board components easily. The micro-usb connector will not go all the way in for charging. I have no idea why this company made this charging port this way. I end up with replacing the headset as my son broke it by doing this.

    Initially I was happy with these headphones, sound is fairly decent. After about a week and a half or so, the charging port stopped working. I cannot recharge my headphones and I’m frustrated I missed the return window. I should’ve bought the protection plan because now I’m stuck with a pair of unchargable wireless headphones :(

    After 2 weeks of use for virtual learning, the charge port on the headphones got pushed into the housing and cannot be charged. Prior to that the charge status light stopped working. The sound and the connectivity worked well though. I’ve returned this

    The charging port broke in six months. No extended warranty so i just tossed them in the trash. They were in expensive so you get what you pay for.

    For $30 headphones - they lasted one year. Then the charging port fell out of the headphone.

    For starters, you can hear the sound come out of the headphones (without it being on the loudest volume), so I didn't like the thought of disturbing people. Secondly, they didn't always easily pair with my Bluetooth device, & third, the charge port on the headphones themselves fell inside the headphones, so I could no longer charge the headphones. Best Buy gave me a refund since I paid for an extended warranty, plus, they couldn't repair it anyway! And I purchased them about three months prior.

    I bought these for my 10 year old to use for homeschool due to coronavirus. He went to charge them up on the first day of use and the power outlet pushed in and broke off the inlet inside the ear piece. Not repairable. I phoned customer support and they said the build quality on these is not as good as say SONY. I feel bad for planet earth that resources have been used to make these and they broke on day 1. I would much prefer to pay a little extra for something that won't end up in landfill so so soon. I will now buy an exactly the same priced item with a wire by SONY and hope that it lasts much much longer.

    Junk, first pair hit by basketball my fault. Second, charging port broke shortly after buying. Third and current, wont hold charge. I bought warranty so im gonna replace them. Spend money and buy better brands. They seem like a good deal compared to simular headphones but the quality and realiability is garbage.

    They port to charge broke. Wasn’t able to return to BB. It was under 1 year warrenty I got a voucher to replace it. Havent decide what I want.
