Bought two for the kids to use for remote learning. One was dropped on the floor and somehow the ear cushion stopped staying on. Due to the ear cushion not staying on, the wire connection came loose and doesn’t go back in. As long as you don’t drop it the other one seems to work fine. But the kids complained their ears hurt when wearing the headphones for a few hours.

I always have to keep reconnecting this device to my computer. Not so with other headsets.

The JLab small headset fits well, charges battery fast and has a long battery life. The problem is it is made cheap. It fell off my head on a tile floor and after that the on/off button would not work...I could not press it down. I used it for less than a year as compared to my old one that I replaced with this JLab due to short battery life, but have dropped it several times and it is built to last. Waste of money on this new JLab...some reviews mentioned this same problem on this headset but I ignored them, so I'm posting here for whoever reads to not ignore these comments. I am going to have to use my old headset with short battery life now until I find something better.

Initially I was happy with these headphones, sound is fairly decent. After about a week and a half or so, the charging port stopped working. I cannot recharge my headphones and I’m frustrated I missed the return window. I should’ve bought the protection plan because now I’m stuck with a pair of unchargable wireless headphones :(

After 2 weeks of use for virtual learning, the charge port on the headphones got pushed into the housing and cannot be charged. Prior to that the charge status light stopped working. The sound and the connectivity worked well though. I’ve returned this

I had such high expectations for these headphones. After working from home for over two years I decided to get over-the-ear headphones to switch out my in-ear ones that were giving me headaches. I was super surprised to find these at great price and having all the specs I was looking for: - wireless - has mic - cheap I happily checked off all 3 boxes and brought them home with me after buying them in-person. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the battery was really great! I can't exactly pinpoint how long they were charged, but it took about two weeks of calls to hear the robot voice say "Battery Low" and then never shut up about it. Other than that, 50% of the reason I need these headphones is for the mic. The second call I took with these no one on my call could hear me and my audio was distorted. I tried re-charging them, unpairing the blue tooth and re-pairing it, shutting them on and off a few times, all to no avail. They make just okay headphones, but are pointless to me if I have to take them off to field a work call. I threw out the packaging (rookie mistake) and BB said they wouldn't take them back, so now I have a $25 dust collector in a drawer. tl;dr: bought them, they worked great, until they didn't. microphone crapped out on me almost immediately.

I got them for my iPad and they honestly fit so snug they kept giving me a migraine. They are okay nothing great but inexpensive.

Comfortable headphones, but very quiet. Even at max volume, it's only at just past minimum hearing level

I bought these for my two children and I’m glad I did because everything about them are cheaply made and sound quality sucks for adult ears. For my kids ages 4 & 5 it was the perfect level of sound to ensure they could still hear me over their tablets. Also, didn’t mind they seemed cheaply made because my children wasn’t ready to take care of their belongings and I knew I would need to replace them soon anyways. Thus, for the price and my intended purpose they met our needs, but I would never buy them for a teen child or adult!

Headphones sound great, connect as they should. Build quality and durability is horrible. Yet the price is cheap so get what you paid for

Functional yet poorly made. Stress points are terribly weak and break in the same spot for every replacement provided under warranty. Not for heavy or moderate use

Sound is really good, although about a month after owning the power button button came detached from the chip board. Was going to cost half as much as they cost to send to JLab for warranty as they cost to buy. I resoldered and epoxied. But about 6 months later the same thing happened so I threw them out. Super sound and fit but not the best quality craftsmanship.

Made cheaply. You can’t avoid not breaking if your child has to keep taking on and off for homeschooling. Could be made better. Sound is great though,

No good at all breaks easy not worth the money or warranty

My daughter loved this device until it broke. She had it less than one month when the power button fell into the headset. I was able to swap it for a new one.

Great sound and price but the plastic clip on the headphones broke after 2 weeks of use. Also the Bluetooth feature always seemed to disconnect from my laptop. I would not buy again .

Bought two pairs of these for kids. Broke very easy. Part where you charge gets pushed in. Happened on two pair

The headphones are very comfortable on your head. My only issue is I can’t get them to connect to my television,my husband likes to watch tv at night and that was the purpose of getting them.
