An excellent downdraft range hood!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had a major kitchen rebuild some years ago, and the contractor installed a KitchenAid telescopic downdraft unit as part of the upgrade package. It failed after approximately 10 years, and I didn't want to again deal with what I'd discovered to be numerous installation discrepancies when replacing it. I'm a rather qualified DIYer, and after identifying that this unit would be a suitable form/fit/function replacement for the failed unit, I bought and properly installed it while concurrently remedying assorted issues with the previous so-called "professional" installation. It's been been more than two years, and it's working flawlessly and looks great!

Love this downdraft

Great Downdraft

Kitchen Aid Downdraft System

Rises high, and saves space
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our installer from BestBuy recommended we go with this brand (vs. a KitchenAid, which would've been the same manufacturer as our gas range). This one fit better in the space we needed it in, and the vent rises higher than the KitchenAid, allowing it to clear more of the 'gas' rising off the burners. And, it's quiet and effective.
