Good, but I'd expect a little more for the price. I bought two of these mid November so they were on a pretty good sale, but I still expect more. They include 2 different types of mounts for LG TV's, which I'd assume is included in the price as well. Pros: Easy to install, gets loud, easy to use Cons: I'm not ware of how they can be paired for multi-room connection. Sound controls seem off, so regularly increasing and decreasing the volume at different times in a show or movie. Lots of presses of the button to increase and decrease volume. One of the units would drop bluetooth connection every 15 minutes. Best Buy would not ship me a replacement without first returning the defective unit.......so when I returned it, I tried a different brand and it was overall better (Sono Beam Gen 2) and much smaller. If you are using an LG OLED TV, this may be perfect for you. If not, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for more bang for your buck.

I bought open box In terms of wear, it was like new. Had no issues setting it up but have 2 very big inconvininences. 1) HDMI eARC from soundbar to TV on my product just doesn't seem to work. Tried a bunch of cables but it wont provide sound. this forced me to get the LG Wowcast to be able to still get eARC 2) Now that I have the LG Wowcast, when I Use it with the rear speakers, there is constant cracking/popping that makes it hard to enjoy media, I've just ended up turning off rear speakers when using the HDMI.

This is an OK soundbar. I got it for a good price, and was still let down from the performance. There's certainly worse, but I was not impressed for what it costs. I feel that for the same price, you can go with a Samsung one and enjoy the sound significantly more. If you're buying this for your LG OLED like I did (65" C3) The WOW Orchestra was not worth it at all.

Soundbar and sub is decent at a discounted price. The fact that you can’t add rear speakers, because they no longer sell than and they are unavailable is diabolical on account of lg. Do not recommend on this account.

Decent system good sound but just not enough bass and immersive experience for our family. We also tried to find LG rear speakers to connect to it and even thru lg they discontinued the only set they had. Ended up returning system for bigger upgrade. Overall it’s not the worst system and for some people may be just fine but for the quality we wanted we found it not to meet our needs.

I bundled w/LG C3 OLED TV, so price was about $250. Bluetooth sub connects slowly and inconsistently. Sound overall is okay, but not close to even a lowend home theater. If you catch it on sale for $400 or less, it'll be money well spent. Not worth original $800 price. Tbh, mids and highs of TV speakers sound comparable, but subwoofer makes the soundbar better. Would like an onscreen interface for soundbar configuration since both are LG.

The sound quality is great, but the bass in movies is not that great. Wish it was louder like a movie theater.

Just okay, perhaps better if you didn’t stream from Apple TV. Sound is great with movies, but when you stream at times, voices don’t come through. Music is playing and sound effects but no voice. Have to turn the sound bar off and on. Seems to occur every other day and on various streaming services and iTunes. I read online this is an issue with others as well. Once you turn it back on, sound returns.

This sound bar is powerful. Music is fantastic but the voice reproduction leaves much to be desired. If there is any background music being played while there is dialogue taking place, the music overpowers the voices making the dialogue impossible (not nearly impossible but impossible) to hear. If there is no background music or noise the dialogue can be heard fairly well.

Bought this thinking I could add rear speakers if I decided too. But the rear speakers the owners manual says to use are no longer made. No other rear speakers will work with this unit.

Nothing super special about this system. Its a typical soundbar. Nice that it has an app, but the app does not allow to tweak to your liking. Only has presets

Very clean and clear sounding soundbar but subwoofer not very impressive. For the price I personally would search for different models to compare before settling.

The sound keeps disappearing on several streaming channels. Oddly, Hulu works but not Disney + or Netflix or Prime. Takes a minute for it to pop on with Apple Plus. Using with a new Apple TV box. Cable TV thru the sound bar works fine. Really annoying. Turning the soundbar on and off sometimes brings the sound back but not always. It’s not easy to figure out if it needs a firmware update and how. Annoying problem for such an expensive sound bar.

They upsold us! We got a QNED mini and this soundbar, which works okay, but it's really for the LG OLED evo C series.

Bought an Open Box Excellent condition. Was missing screws and the power cord for the subwoofer. I had to spend $20 to correct this.

I expected better for the relatively high price. Subwoofer performance is anemic, especially at low volume levels.

Personally I think the wow orchestra Q symphony anything where you are using ur tv speakers with a sound bar is a gimmick. This is my own opinion. I just felt it didn’t work all that well. Personally you need to bypass the tv speakers all together. And just stick with a good sound bar.

there seems to be a problem. once in a while the sound bar turns off when changing tv stations or going between dvd player and tv. and it is impossible to turn it back on. Have to turn the tv off andwait a couple of hours

The sound bar stops working some times for no reason. You have restart the TV or sound bar to get it back on. Had the Geek squad come out twice they check it out and couldn't find anything wrong. running out of warranty not sure what to do.

This is a okay sound bar system for the money. The only reason I am giving it three stars is because of the sound quality. It doesn’t sound like I believe it should. I am upgrading to the lg 9.2 sound bar system
