Missing key features, constant updates

No light up remote, no support for key apps and an update multiple times a month. I purchased this and a TCL 75" Qled at the exact same time. Personally, I can't tell the difference outside of the fact the LG is an absolute pain in the butt and the TCL works perfectly. It can't seem to figure out my sound bar either and it only works a 5th of the time. TCL has wayy better sound.

LG 77" C3 ok nothing special

Wish we got a Sony OLED for after visiting 2 friends with similar Sony OLEDs they just have brighter colors. Best feature is the 77" size.

When watching through app, sound has resorted to Spanish for no reason. Has to be manually readjusted. Bring a nuisance is an understatement. Good picture but I honestly can’t tell much difference in prior Samsung (cheaper model) Honestly wished I had not purchased.

eARC doesn’t function
