Not worth your money

I first bought it back in November of 2023 and had to exchanged it a week later because it stopped working. We took home the same model to give it another chance and few month later it started showing some quality issues. Locking tab on dust collector lid won’t lock properly and it would open while vacuuming. Vacuum would stop working every so often on a full battery.

Best Buy Sent a Used Vacuum

Opened the box to find a dented, scratched, and clearly used vacuum. The dust collection bin had dirt, crumbs, and stickers in it...Who in the world packaged this up and sent it to a customer!?! Returned it and purchased the same thing elsewhere.

NEVER BUY LG -

I would not give them a single star. After two months use this vacuum just died. I sent it back to LG on November 7th - they just give me the brush off, no vacuum no answer - just blah blah blah. So, they have my vacuum and my $600. and I have nothing. how can a company get away with this?

Didnt receive item in condition promised

The box itself said “good condition, refurbished”. Its been pretty challenging trying to get a hold of someone over the phone to figute out a solution.

Buyer Beware

Gets jammed easily and the turbo function malfunctions and won't turn off. Would not recommend. Especially at the expensive price point.

Not a good vacuum
