Excellent All Around Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech M705 Marathon mouse has about 8 different functions and most of them are programmable or you can just disable a function if you prefer, thru the driver software. I disabled the three buttons that are in the area of my right thumb, I am right handed...so I did not accidentally hit them, while I was getting use to the mouse. The one feature I really like on this mouse is the option to have a "free wheeling" scroll wheel. You can click on the button just behind the scroll wheel and toggle the scroll wheel so it is "free wheeling" and smooth with no feeling of "detents" and is extremely fast or you can use the same button to toggle it to create the familiar "detent" scroll wheel feel which also tells the scroll wheel to move just the number of lines you have set it for (within the driver software) to move in the scroll area...3 lines per detent is usually the default. Sometimes in free wheeling mode the area scrolled will drop (scroll) back down somewhat when you are trying to stop the scrolling motion and you have to move the scroll wheel up a little more to position it back to where you wanted it, but when you get used to the sensitivity of the movement on the scroll wheel it is acceptable. I love the free wheeling mode when I am 10 or twelve pages down in an article or reading reviews and I what to get back to page one I just give that wheel a sharp finger flick and away it goes, no more pawing at the scroll wheel moving the usual defaulted three lines at a time. But if I need or want the detents back...I just press the toggle button...quick and easy !

Good size
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have smaller hands but this works great for me! Have not had hand strain thus far and it is comfy to use. Works great too, a little on the sensitive side. For reference, xbox series x controllers get uncomfortable for me to use after a few hours of gaming and the older, larger controllers were uncomfortable within the first hour of gaming.

Great mouse! Just the right size!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have big hands, and I use my Ultra Book in my recliner a lot. My current mouse was a "laptop" mouse, wick was just too small for me to use comfortably. However, I didn't want a *full size" mouse. This mouse was a great choice, it is big enough for my hands, yet not a "full size" mouse. Since I use the very expensive version of this mouse at the office, I figure I would try this one at the house. It has ALL of the options and features you could ever want the a wireless mouse. I just wish that the sensitivity could be a little more adjustable. I highly recommend this mouse to others. - C.A.

Pretty decent mouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't absolutely love it, coming from a Mac Magic Mouse, but it is among the better consumer oriented pc mice I've used in a while. I'm not absolutely in love with the scroll wheel, though. If I use the "lock" it's annoying that it clicks as I scroll. With the lock off, it scrolls smoothly, but even a gentile breeze will cause the wheel to react, making the app I'm using scroll the window. Kinda finicky, but can be avoided by engaging the lock, depending on what you're doing.

Nice Mice
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A nice mouse and comfortable to the hand. Only issue I had was that I needed to adjust my mouse settings, as it's sensitivity and scrolling settings were off when I set it up.

Logitech mouse review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works really good. Ergonomically friendly. The best thing is the hyper fast scrolling but it is very sensitive so make sure to turn it off when typing extended amounts of text.

quality, sensitive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great options, very sensitive. Super fast control scroll option is handy and simple to change from on/off. Only problems is the "back/forward" left side thumb switch is a little too sensitive. I couldn't get the option to shut off. If you accidentally hit it you can leave a page and loose what you are doing.

Works well but cleanfreak
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even a tiny amount of dirt in the laser part would make the mouse incredibly insensitive on some surfaces. As such, the mouse need to be cleaned every so often and as the laser is in a tiny groove, it is somewhat troublesome. Other than that, it works quite well.

Solid choice in wireless mouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used this for a few months now and find it a really solid choice. Please note that it is sensitive to dust so you will want to keep it in a case or plastic bag. Otherwise, it is great tracking and performance for your basic office needs.

Needs some work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech Marathon Mouse is comfortable and portable. It's overly sensitive though - so far I haven't been able to configure it well enough to stop from enlarging the page when I use the mouse to cut and paste.

The best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is probably the best mouse I have ever used. Very smooth and not overly sensitive, like my girlfriend. Actually, she loves it, too! This is a "Can't miss"!

Logitech M705 Mouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse performs almost exactly as described in the reviews. It's pretty decent overall but very sensitive and sometimes just resting your hand on the mouse causes it to bring up options. Aside from that, I'm happy with this purchase.

Touchy Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very touchy, easy to move to far! Not a lot of setup options to make adjustments. Store employees not much help in discussing alternatives!

Decent for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a hand injury which made it hard to use the track pad on my laptop so I purchased this mouse. It was $34.99 at the time. I have a fairly large hand(8 inches from my wrist to the end of my middle finger) so I needed a mouse that fit. This one does the job. My only complaint is that it is very sensitive to every movement so the cursor flies everywhere from even the smallest movement. It's fairly minor and not annoying enough to return.
