Logitech is a beloved manufacturer renouned for producing premium quality keyboards, mice, gaming hardware & other top-of-the-line computer accessories & peripherals. Their latest product release is the MK955, a Signature Slim Full-size Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo. Designed to perform with Mac or Windows, it features extremely quiet typing & clicking, plus it connects with 3 computers or tablets with the touch of a button. The mouse & keyboard connect effortlessly using Bluetooth. An included modern Bolt receiver provides an additional connection option that replaces the older unifying receiver from yesterday. To connect, simply choose the profile, then press & hold the button until the LED flashes rapidly. You can quickly switch control of a desktop, laptop & tablet, for example. The Mouse uses 1) AA Alkaline battery; the keyboard uses 2) AAA Alkaline batteries. I actually prefer this to rechargeable peripherals in this application, because the batteries perform a long time under heavy use. Continued computing draws a lot of power & requires frequent recharging on a rechargeable mice & keyboard; since this is my business computer, battery power is preferential. CONCLUSION: The mouse is shaped beautifully & fits most hands very well; the keyboard is whisper quiet & is sure not to bother your office neighbor. While the keys are not backlit, this combo offers just about everything you would want to control 3 devices & earns my highest recommendation.

The Logitech K950 Keyboard and M750 Mouse arrived well packed in a sturdy box. Batteries were included. The keyboard takes 2 AAA batteries and the mouse takes 1 AA battery. The mouse battery arrived with 60% charge. The keyboard batteries were at 100%. It’s easy to access both battery compartments. Having used both a battery powered and a USB charging mouse, I prefer the battery. While USB charging sounds better for the environment, mine is a hassle to use because it’s difficult to tell when the mouse needs charging, and with a lot of use, it needs to be charged very frequently. I can easily see the battery status of the Logitech keyboard and mouse in both the PC settings and the Logitech app. From prior experience, I shouldn’t need to change the batteries very often. I really needed a new wireless keyboard. My 10 year old Logitech keyboard is working fine, but whenever I would set up a second computer, I had to take the dongles out of one computer and put them in the other. Invariably I’d need to go back and do something at the first computer and would forget that there was no keyboard and mouse. This Logi keyboard should solve all those problems. I can connect it and the mouse to up to 3 devices via Bluetooth. The new keyboard has flip up feet which is great because I can’t type fast on a flat keyboard. The new keyboard is a full 2 inches longer than my old one. I guess that makes it “full size” vs “compact”. The letter area is the same size and so is the number area. The difference is the area between the letters and numbers. The up, down and sideways arrows moved there, along with the keys that control the Bluetooth. The mouse is also larger than I’m used to. It’s ½ inch wider and longer than the standard size. The app is pretty basic, but not as glitchy as the last version I used. The mouse wheel and buttons can be customized in the app. The top mouse button changes the pointer speed, but I didn't find it to be very helpful. Only two speeds can be set and pressing the button switches between them. I’ve never had the need to use 2 pointer speeds, but maybe there is a use that I haven’t discovered. The side buttons can be customized for functions like copy and paste and horizontal scrolling, but I haven't been able to get them to work properly. I just tried the button I thought I’d set to copy and instead it backed me out of this document - even though I have horizontal scrolling turned off. Even if I get the copy and paste buttons to work, I think copy and paste with the side buttons will be harder than doing it the traditional way. I have to hold the mouse down firmly in order to push a side button. Holding the mouse down and pushing a button while trying to not click takes more effort than right clicking to copy and paste. Easier than customizing the mouse to copy and paste is customizing the middle set of keys on the keyboard. I created a shortcut in the app so that “end” is Ctrl+C, “page down” is Ctrl+V and “page up” is Ctrl+X. That works really well. In that middle section of keys there is also a language switch key that works if more than one language is defined on the computer. If not needed for that purpose, that key can also be customized as a keyboard shortcut. A light comes on when Caps Lock is activated, and I also get an on-screen notification of the Caps Lock status. When the monitor wakes up, the active Bluetooth key lights up for a few seconds. It’s easy to switch between connected devices by pressing the appropriate Bluetooth key. The function keys double as mute/unmute, dictation, Emoji menu, sound mute, volume up and down, calculator, screen snip and a lot more. The screen snip is much easier than doing windows key+Shift+S - especially since the keyboard doesn’t have a “windows” key. The emoji key also has symbols like © and °. I’ve been typing on the 950 keyboard for about an hour now and I don’t think I’ll have any problem getting used to the larger size. I don’t have any trouble typing letters or using the number pad, but it is a longer reach from the letters to the numbers. The del key on the number pad is giving me the biggest problem. It’s 2 inches away from where it used to be and I keep hitting the O key instead. And the added 2 inches in length makes it difficult to fit the keyboard into my small space. But I do like the keyboard. It’s kind of soft and the keys are quiet. There was one really annoying thing that almost made me go back to my old keyboard. I tend to rest my left little finger on the bottom edge of the keyboard when I’m thinking about what to type next. On this keyboard my finger rests on the Start key that opens the Microsoft start page. I was getting tired of having to close that window over and over again. It must be a common problem, because there is a way in the App to disable the Start key (and others). With that done, everything is working smoothly. The only persistent problem I’m having is with the mouse. Sometimes it stops working and there is no cursor. I think it loses its Bluetooth connection. If I shake it or lightly tap it, it comes back to life. I’m at day 3 of testing now, and that’s the only issue I’ve discovered. I do have one wish for the keyboard. Since so many keys can be customized, it would nice if the key label could change to match the customization. Since they don't, I have a temporary sticky note to remind me which key is now Copy, Cut and Paste. But overall, it's a very nice keyboard and mouse combo.

    Awesome keyboard and Mouse Combo

This full sized keyboard is good looking, solidly built and it has some heft to it. However, the heft makes it more planted on the desktop with the help of five rubberized feet. The rear feet folds in/out which can be used to raise or lower the back of the keyboard by another 1/4”. It has power switch which will help with the battery life which is rated for 36 months for the keyboard. The keyboard layout works well with Macs. It has buttons for screen brightness, Mission Control, Launchpad, media and volume controls. There’s an emoji button and dictation buttons too.A lot more key travel than the Mac keyboard. It is quiet but the clicking sound that it makes is satisfying. It has a Caps lock indicator light. Logi Options+ lets you customize the buttons on the keyboard and mouse. Lots of customization options. There’s also a feature called Flow which lets you control multiple computers much like the Universal Control on the Mac but Flow lets you control Windows and Mac computers which is helpful for me because I use both Mac and Windows. You can connect up to 3 computers/devices and easily switch between them. The mouse looks good and works really well. I have a MX Master 3S but I don’t mind using this M750 L for my daily use even though it is nowhere close to being more comfortable that than the MX Master. It’s precise enough for simple daily work and it glides smoothly across my mouse pad. Clicking is very quiet and easy to click. Again, you can customize the buttons with the Logi Options+ app. I like this keyboard better than the Mac keyboard. If somehow Apple would allow Logitech to include the TouchID, this would be my keyboard for my Mac.

I have both a PC and Macbook and use them in conjunction with a dock from work and I hated using different keyboards for both. I had already tried a KVM switch and moving the USB hub for the keyboard/mouse to the docking station and both ended up with lag while using my Mac. I searched and Googled, used Reddit, read reviews and RTINGS and settled on this guy. I actually returned my MX Keys S and MX Master 3S as this combo works PERFECTLY switching between both systems with just the touch of a button. Connects via bluetooth so no more ridiculous usb dongle. My friends from work as jealous as I'm over here living in 2024 with this set up and their are still in 2018 with their USBs. The keys on the keyboard are quiet, the lift is good, the mouse is responsive and best of all..no lag. Another great thing is that it uses batteries, not like the MX Keys S and Master S3, can you imagine having to charge your keyboard and mouse? Might as well be wired if you have to use it then, no thanks. Exactly what I was searching for. If you use multiple computers and want ease of use for a good price, this is your set.

For build quality, sound, reliability, and performancd, this is likely the finest disposable-battery operated mouse & keyboard combo available today for produticity. $79 (after recycling discount) gets you a full size chicklet-style keyboard (no back light) and silent-click synmetrical mouse; you will months (if not a year) on a single set of batteries. The pair share a single Logitech ‘Bolt’ wireless receiver and are configurable within Logitech’s new “Options+” software. Fine for the office; just don’t try to game on it.

This is absolutely my favorite keyboard mouse combo of all time! It is super quiet with only a light touch needed and the mouse does not make any sounds at all. I feel like I can type the fastest and most accurately on this keyboard. I also love how it is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linex, and does not have to be charged or Bluetooth connected either. Just plug and play, insert batteries as needed and you are all set! So simple and satisfying to use. Thanks Logitech!

The Logitech MK955 Signature Slim combo comes with three items. A bolt dongle, K950 keyboard, and M750 mouse. With the one I've got the keyboard is two different tones of grey and the mouse is three different tones of grey. Both have a LED indicator and a on/off switch. I guess they are also made from recycled plastic which is pretty cool. K950 Keyboard: This keyboard supports both Logitech's bolt wireless tech and bluetooth so it can be used with basically any computer. I suggest you use the bolt dongle though as its better and is already paired out of the box. It takes two batteries. They include actual Duracell batteries in the device. The keyboard boasts a reassuring heft thanks to its high-quality build. Its sleek, slim, and overall looks really nice. It has two stances with adjustable legs. In both placements it has rubber feet so it doesn't move while in use. The keys are low profile chicklet style with small amount of travel. It has the overall feel of a laptop but in a full sized keyboard. The keys are responsive and there is a little bit of noise when typing but they dont feel mushy at all. Note that there is no backlight which is probably the reason why its battery life is so long. So if you need to use this in low light environment this might not work well for you. You can flip the F keys without the software by pressing function + escape. I did this right away as I need the F keys as primary. The added options built into the F keys are a lot like what you see on laptops and will pair well with different programs people use in their day to day work. screen brightness, emoji, mute, volume, screen shot, etc. My only real issue with this keyboard is the insert key. I use the insert key quit a bit daily for my work and on this keyboard they decided to make the language key primary and insert key the secondary function which is odd. Meaning if you want to use the insert key you would have to hit both the function key + insert. They should have reversed this with insert being primary but I found you can change this in the Logi Options+ software so not a huge deal. M750 Mouse: The mouse it comes with is a M750 L and I love the mouse. Its a perfect sized for my larger hands. The sides are grippy but yet comfortable. Its basically a upgraded version of the existing Signature M650 which was already a great mouse to begin with. Again it comes included with a Duracell battery. Its labeled as a silent mouse. The buttons produce a barely perceptible soft thud instead of the typical click, making it ideal for quiet work environments. The scroll wheel is completely silent. It also comes with a adjustable DPI button so you can change your pointer speed on the fly or customize it to do other stuff via the app. Logi Options+ Software: While both the keyboard and mouse function perfectly well on their own, Logitech's Logi Options+ software unlocks a new level of personalization. The software provides a comprehensive overview of all your Logitech devices and allows you to customize buttons and keys to your own preferences depending on the device. The app also includes a dark mode. Thank you for that. I was able to get all of my Logitech devices to show in the app including my older ones. Overall thoughts: Logitech delivers once again with the K950 and M750 combo. Both devices offer a premium feel and insane battery life. I see them as a more affordable alternative to the popular MX Keys combo. The slim design makes them perfect for travel, and the single Bolt receiver saves me from having to mess with wires. It all fits in my smaller backpack. I'm going to be using them both at home and on the go at work.

Glad the M750's silent clicks and customization options fit your needs. The Insert key solution in Logi Options+ is a great tip! We see the MK955 as an affordable and portable option too.

This is a full sized keyboard with number pad on the side. It's not only compatible with all operating systems, you can connect to 3 different computers at the same time. One computer will be connected via USB and two via Bluetooth, same connectivity for the included mouse. (Batteries included for both.) Switching over from computer to laptop to tablet, Windows to Apple to Linux, is an effortless transition. The connection is flawless as well taking no time to switch and operate devices. The keyboard has thin, quiet, and mappable keys while the mouse also has mappable buttons for a customized experience. There is a on/off switch for each device to save the battery life, hence the proclaimed 36 month battery life of the keyboard and 24 month of the mouse. The mouse itself has a smooth glide and a quiet click, however I feel it's a bit small for my hands. Otherwise, it is a very good quality mouse. The versatility of the mouse/keyboard combo makes it a must buy for all computer users.

This Logitech MK955 Signature Slim Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo is a great choice! One nice feature is that both the keyboard and mouse can be connected via the included USB reciever or Bluetooth low energy (5.1). I know on a some PC's, the available USB ports can be limited, so these units offer both options. The keyboard is powered by two standard AAA Alkaline batteries (batteries included) and the mouse is powered by one standard AA Alkaline battery (also included). Tech specifications say the keyboard mouse should lasy up to thirty-six months and the mouse twenty-four months. I have no reason to question those spec's as all other Logitech products I have ever tested certainly had impressive battery life. Both the keyboard and the mouse great tactile feel and are also smooth and quiet. They have Multi OS capability and easy-Switch button to connect up to 3 devices. Packiging had a very nice consumer feel and was protective of the units. Set (as to be expected) was simple, and of coirse the use was simple, being a keyboard and a mouse. In all, this is a good choice and a decent value in classic Logitech fashion.

It seems my daily work flow includes more and more online meetings and my mechanical keyboard was starting to become a problem with its loud clicking. The opportunity to try the new Logitech MK955 Signature Slim Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo came as perfect timing. When I set it up on my desk the first thing I noticed was how much more space I had. Right away the combo gave my desk a more modern sleek look and I also didn’t need my padded wrist wrest any longer due to the short overall height. The keyboard feels mostly solid although there is a small bit of flex. Typing is virtually silent with a laptop feel to the keys. The keyboard layout includes the number pad and is identified for Windows and Macs. Using the Logi Options you can also change many of the keys for other than their current functions. Logitech has relabeled the Windows key with one that says Start. It works the same as a normal windows key. The mouse is heavier than I expected and has a good quality feel. You can change the mouse cursor DPI with a button which is a function I do use for picture editing. Paring with the included dongle was plug and play for the most part. I am using the dongle and am also connected over Bluetooth with my Android tablet that I use as a second screen. I did have issues recognizing the keyboard when installing the Logi Options software but that was resolved on a newer release that auto updated my prior install. As a mechanical keyboard user I am struggling with my typing speed a bit but it is getting better. So far the experience has been good. And I look forward to the excellent battery life Logitech is known for. I did have a few issues that are probably mostly unique to my workstation. I use a KVM switch to switch between several computers. I have had some connection issues. It seems to be mostly cleared up with the updated Logi Options software. Some of my key presses have been repeated but I am not sure that it is just me not yet having the feel I normally do. There are a lot of affordable wireless mouse and keyboards available at all price ranges. I always recommend thinking about your use case. In my case I needed a full featured quality keyboard that was quiet. I also will be using the software to make the experience unique as I improve my typing feel and I am liking being able to button switch between devices that I would otherwise have to reach for.
