Logitech is a beloved manufacturer renouned for producing premium quality keyboards, mice, gaming hardware & other top-of-the-line computer accessories & peripherals. Their latest product release is the MK955, a Signature Slim Full-size Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo. Designed to perform with Mac or Windows, it features extremely quiet typing & clicking, plus it connects with 3 computers or tablets with the touch of a button. The mouse & keyboard connect effortlessly using Bluetooth. An included modern Bolt receiver provides an additional connection option that replaces the older unifying receiver from yesterday. To connect, simply choose the profile, then press & hold the button until the LED flashes rapidly. You can quickly switch control of a desktop, laptop & tablet, for example. The Mouse uses 1) AA Alkaline battery; the keyboard uses 2) AAA Alkaline batteries. I actually prefer this to rechargeable peripherals in this application, because the batteries perform a long time under heavy use. Continued computing draws a lot of power & requires frequent recharging on a rechargeable mice & keyboard; since this is my business computer, battery power is preferential. CONCLUSION: The mouse is shaped beautifully & fits most hands very well; the keyboard is whisper quiet & is sure not to bother your office neighbor. While the keys are not backlit, this combo offers just about everything you would want to control 3 devices & earns my highest recommendation.

Logitech has been making quality peripherals for decades, and this combo continues that trend. This is a solid mouse, and a solid keyboard with some unexpected changes. First, the big selling point is that Logitech is switching over to the new “Bolt” USB receiver instead of the old “Unifying” receiver. So these devices cannot be paired with an old unifying receiver, but can be freely paired with any Bolt receiver that you happen to have. But since Bolt is basically (as near as I can tell) a variant of Bluetooth, this mouse and keyboard can also pair nicely with any Bluetooth computer, phone, or tablet. The mouse is rather plain but well-performing. I find that it fits my large hands well, but I use a claw grip. It is mostly ambidextrous, but there are two buttons on the left side that will be useless to a southpaw. There is a scroll wheel that does the expected vertical scrolling, but holding the side button can enable horizontal scrolling. The “Logi Option+” software will allow you to easily customize the DPI and buttons, and a button below the scroll wheel allows toggling between two DPI settings. This is not advertised as a gaming mouse, and testing shows the poll rate to be around 135 Hz. There are three buttons on the bottom that allow it to control up to three different devices, and I can confirm that it works well with the included Bolt receiver as well as pairing up with an Android tablet via Bluetooth. The buttons are also quiet, so you are unlikely to disturb your neighbor. The keyboard is a much more interesting device. Unlike the mouse, it is not “plain” at all, but has some curious features. First, the great. It looks nice and feels as good to type on as any non-mechanical keyboard that I have used. It too can pair with up to three different devices, and works well on a PC using the Bolt receiver, as well as working perfectly with the Android tablet. However, the thing that makes this keyboard interesting is the extra keys and some of the functions that are mapped to the buttons. Although this is capable of working with both Windows and Mac, I am used to seeing a dedicated Windows button. However, this has a button with that functionality, but it is labeled “Start/Opt.” It works great, but might confuse those used to looking for the Windows logo on the key. I suppose this is to make it work more seamlessly with a Mac, but I don’t own one so I can’t test this. The “Alt” key also has the Apple “cmd” label and logo on it, so this keyboard would fit in much more with a Mac environment (maybe for use with an iPad). The keys feel nice, and they are also quiet, if that matters. Given that I prefer to game on a computer with loud clicky blue switches, I don’t care about the noise level, but some do. But the fun doesn’t stop with abandoning the Windows logo. The top row of “F” keys defaults to specialized functions that includes keys for arranging window, volume and transport controls, and even a dedicated emoji button. Fortunately, tapping fn+esc brings back the usual Windows “F” keys. Over the right-hand numeric keypad are other unique buttons. There is a button that brings up a calculator in Windows, as well as a screen snapshot button, and a search button. Finally, the “ins” button that is over the cursor key cluster is not actually insert any more. It now apparently lets you switch languages, but the insert functionality is accessed by holding down the “fn” button first. While I seldom use the insert key, I would never use a language-switching key, so I am dubious about the utility of this key. Fortunately, the Logi Options+ software lets you remap this key to just be insert. For both the keyboard and mouse, pairing to a Bluetooth computer is as simple as selecting the profile and then holding the button until the light starts rapidly blinking. This works great for a simple Bluetooth pairing. However, it would appear that pairing to a different Bolt receiver necessitates using the Logi Options+ software, which is only available for Windows and Mac. So pairing with another Bolt receiver does not seem to be an option while using Linux or any other alternative OS. Not a big deal for most people, but it should be mentioned. So overall, if being able to easily switch between different devices via USB or Bluetooth is beneficial, then this combo should be seriously considered. If you have both a computer and a tablet on your desk and want to be able to rapidly switch back and forth, then this will allow you to do so easily. The Logi Options+ software also supposedly allows you to seamlessly move a mouse pointer between different computer and even copy files between them. I would assume that both need their own screen and both to be using the Logi software, but I have not tried it. Still, given the name behind it, I would expect it to work well, just only with Windows and Mac.

The Logitech MK955 Signature Slim Keyboard, like most Logitech keyboards, is genuinely a game-changer for anyone who's constantly toggling between multiple devices. Its triple device pairing makes it a breeze to switch from your laptop to your tablet and then to your smartphone. I was particularly in search of a keyboard that included a number pad, and the inclusion of quick-access buttons for tasks like spotlight search and screenshot capture was a thoughtful touch. The keyboard boasts of quiet keys, which, while true, didn't particularly blow me away. It's a nice feature, sure, but it seems to be par for the course rather than a standout innovation. Interestingly, it was the quiet click of the mouse that came with it that I found more impressive. The integration with Logi Options+ software for button customization on the mouse offers a lot of potentials, even though I'm still getting used to incorporating these shortcuts into my daily routine. However, the keyboard is not without its drawbacks. The lack of backlighting is a significant oversight, as working in low light conditions is pretty common for me. Also, the reliance on AAA batteries over a rechargeable USB-C option feels like a miss. It's a bit of an inconvenience and feels slightly out of step with the modern push towards rechargeable tech. All things considered, the Logitech MK955 Signature Slim Keyboard does offer good value, especially for those setting up their first office or work-from-home space. It checks a lot of boxes in terms of functionality and ease of use. Yet, the shortcomings around backlighting and battery type are areas where future iterations could improve. If you're in the market for a versatile keyboard and can overlook these issues, it's certainly worth considering.

This full sized keyboard is good looking, solidly built and it has some heft to it. However, the heft makes it more planted on the desktop with the help of five rubberized feet. The rear feet folds in/out which can be used to raise or lower the back of the keyboard by another 1/4”. It has power switch which will help with the battery life which is rated for 36 months for the keyboard. The keyboard layout works well with Macs. It has buttons for screen brightness, Mission Control, Launchpad, media and volume controls. There’s an emoji button and dictation buttons too.A lot more key travel than the Mac keyboard. It is quiet but the clicking sound that it makes is satisfying. It has a Caps lock indicator light. Logi Options+ lets you customize the buttons on the keyboard and mouse. Lots of customization options. There’s also a feature called Flow which lets you control multiple computers much like the Universal Control on the Mac but Flow lets you control Windows and Mac computers which is helpful for me because I use both Mac and Windows. You can connect up to 3 computers/devices and easily switch between them. The mouse looks good and works really well. I have a MX Master 3S but I don’t mind using this M750 L for my daily use even though it is nowhere close to being more comfortable that than the MX Master. It’s precise enough for simple daily work and it glides smoothly across my mouse pad. Clicking is very quiet and easy to click. Again, you can customize the buttons with the Logi Options+ app. I like this keyboard better than the Mac keyboard. If somehow Apple would allow Logitech to include the TouchID, this would be my keyboard for my Mac.

The Logitech MK955 mouse and keyboard combo consists of the K950 keyboard, the M750 mouse and a “Bolt” USB dongle. The keyboard and mouse seem well built and can be customized using the Logi Options + software, if desired. But both work out of the box without the software, too. What’s in the box: Signature Slim K950 Keyboard, with 2 AAA batteries installed (shielded so they don’t make contact until you pull the tab) Signature Plus M750 L mouse with 1 AA battery installed (shielded so it doesn't make contact until you pull the tab) Bolt USB-A dongle for optional wireless connectivity (The Bolt can be stored in a dedicated spot inside the keyboard or mouse battery compartment for safe keeping when you aren’t using it) The keyboard and mouse work with either Bluetooth or the “Bolt” USB dongle. Both the mouse and the keyboard can be used across 3 different devices, by selecting device 1, 2 or 3. Both are battery operated with replaceable batteries. The keyboard came with 2 AAA batteries and the mouse includes one AA battery. These devices do not have charging ports. They require replaceable batteries. Customizations and keyboard mappings are available via the Logi Options + software. But the keyboard by default has several features. The function keys are mapped and labeled for things like volume up, down and mute. There is an emoji key that brings up a menu of emojis. Also, a microphone mute button, screen brightness control buttons, and a key to change to a second keyboard language. I write in German frequently. This is gonna be a lifesaver! (Note you need to set up the second language on your system before this feature works.) Even though the keyboard is called Slim, it is a full-sized keyboard. The key placement and action are just like they should be. No trouble touch typing on this keyboard. The keys are responsive and quiet. I really like the feel of the keyboard. I type fast and strike (rather than touch) the keys. When I typed on my old, wired keyboard it sounded like a jackhammer the way it rattled against the keyboard tray on my desk. This keyboard sits firmly and is very very quiet. The mouse supports horizontal scrolling, has a handy button to change the pointer speed, forward and back buttons, plus the usual left and right buttons and scroll wheel. The scroll wheel also can be clicked to use it as a middle button. Using the Logi Options + software there are a multitude of customizations for the mouse buttons available. Initially, I had some trouble with repeating characters when connected to my laptop. I tried both the “Bolt” connected to a USB port on my laptop docking station and Bluetooth. But it cleared up when I connected the “Bolt” using a USB port directly on my laptop. It is possible there was interference since the keyboard sits in a tray under my desk with lots of stuff between it and the dock. Both paired easily with my iPad Pro (over Bluetooth) and worked well. Switching back to my laptop was as simple as sliding the switch on the mouse and pressing the correct device button on the laptop. In summary, I really like the keyboard. The mouse is fine but no better than any other really good quality wireless mouse.

    Minimalist keyboard/mouse combo

For those looking for that minimalist mouse/keyboard combo, this is a great pickup. The fit and finish of this combo is really nice. The keyboard has an ultra low profile which looks/works really nice. The mouse, is a bit larger than you typical mouse but really works well with this setup. I've been using the normal wired mouse/keyboard for a bit but opted to change things up when rearranging my setup. For my work station, it was a bit cluttered with monitors and such and changed that with monitor arms. The mouse/keyboard I'd been using was just antiquated and didn't look "clean ". This setup allowed me A) a nice upgrade in hardware and B) and much more cleaner looking station to work from. The keyboard is battery powered however there is an On/Off switch. The keys provide good audible feedback without the click/clack of your normal keyboard. Personally, I liked the number pad on my keyboard for the work I do so this full size keyboard fits in nicely. There is a bit of heft to the keyboard however I find it to be quite good in that it provides enough weight so the keyboard doesn't slide around when using it. The mouse is a perfect size for me. I have a MX Anywhere mouse I've been using for my laptop but I have slightly larger hands. This mouse is their full size mouse so it fits much better in my hand than the MX did. Good DPI on the mouse and customizable thumb buttons as well. Simply, the mouse just fits better which is great. The combo itself is great for your typical workstation however it also works really well with your smart TV too. I tested it out on my LG 65" smart TV and it worked great for browsing the web there. All in all, I really dig this setup as it's much more streamlined and minimalist. Works great for any setup although I don't have a Mac to test it on. However, I know these Logitech peripherals are usually a go-to for Mac users.

MX keys lite keyboard and mouse

This Logitech set is lower priced version of the MX keys set. Same quality build, but with changes to cost down on costs. The main difference being the MK955 set comes with regular replaceable batteries, 1xAA and 2xAAA, vs the MX Keys coming with built in rechargeable batteries. The mouse doesn’t have the vertical scroll or gestures button either. But everything else on from the higher end set is in the MK955. The MK955 set is lightweight and can easily be carried. The MK955 comes with a Bolt receiver for plug and play use. The mouse and keyboard can be assigned to up to 3 difference devices, I used PC and Android with no issues. I had no issues connecting through Bluetooth or using the supplied Bolt receiver. The keyboard and the mouse both have a slot to store the receiver when you need to travel with the set or one piece at a time. The slot is in the battery compartment for both. The keyboard is full sized with a keypad. It is designed to feel like a laptop keyboard and it does. Travel and response are good on the keys. Travel is short like on a laptop. The keys backlight as you approach the keyboard to be ready as you start to type. Backlighting is at a nice brightness. The keyboard is very quiet. The mouse, M750L is a good size and meant for larger hands. It felt fine in mine. It has left, right, middle/ scroll wheel, forward and back buttons. The mouse tracked well with no issues in the OS, office, or games. The function of some buttons and keys can be changed in the Options Plus software. The MK955 keyboard and mouse set looks nice and has all of the features you’d want at less than the MX Keys price. At full size, you get all of the keyboard keys you need. Wireless and lightweight, the set will work on multiple OS devices with no issues. This is another solid mouse and keyboard from Logitech.

We're glad you find the typing experience comfortable, the mouse responsive, and the overall design sleek and functional. Thanks for choosing Logitech!

The MK955 is mice/keyboard combo that lacks virtually nothing. Below are my thoughts: [PROS] Sleek & Pleasant: The low profile build allows for the keyboard to be sized perfectly for the workplace and home offices. The spacing saving design leaves an adequate amount of room for the desk without compromising the typing experience. The mouse is extremely comfortable for an 8-hr workday and glides with ease across my mousepad. Functionality in Abundance: The keyboard has a full layout with all the useful, common shortcuts needed for everyday use. Furthermore, everything can be tweaked and enhanced through the Logitech+ Options app. Through this program, I'm able to customize keys and the buttons for each device for my needs. Ease of Use: Getting set up and switching among devices has been pretty seamless. I use Windows for my main workstation, but I like to switch to my Mac when I need to do certain tasks. With the tap of a button, I'm able to transition to another device without issue. [CONS] Non-Rechargeable Battery: This is all about preference. Some desire not to have to purchase batteries for their devices. For me, this is not an issue given that the capacity of rechargeable batteries dwindle over time and will need to be replaced eventually. Given that these devices can maintain their usage for over a year makes the lacks of a charging functionality insignificant. [CONCLUSION] This Logitech MK955 is robust combo in a slim package. I can do everything I need without being compromised in any way. I would highly recommend this pair for daily, business use.

I've been using the Logitech MK955 Signature Slim Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo for about a week now. Overall, I'm very impressed with the styling, build quality, comfort, features, and performance. The keyboard is excellent. It has a low-profile design similar to a laptop keyboard and incorporates many features from Logitech's MX line. I appreciate that it's lightweight, quiet, and allows me to switch between computers with a single keypress. Additionally, it has a ton of built-in shortcut keys, including buttons for emojis, application switching, desktop switching, screenshots, and voice dictation. I can even remap any of the quick keys to launch specific applications. The only thing missing from this keyboard is backlighting. The mouse is equally impressive. In terms of look and feel, it's nearly identical to Logitech's MX series mice. Just like the keyboard, it's lightweight, virtually silent, and comfortable to hold. It also allows for switching between computers, and with the help of the Logi Options+ app, I can remap the buttons to perform specific actions. If you're looking for a feature-rich wireless keyboard and mouse combo, look no further than the Logitech MK955 Signature Slim. It's an excellent choice.

Quick Overview ================================= If you have multiple devices (work, play, testing?) and want fast-switching between them without a physical KVM or multiple keyboards, give the Logitech MK955 a look. It includes a low-profile, full-sized keyboard and mouse with seamless switching between 3 devices. Overall build ================================= If you've used any recent Logitech products, you know they're great everyday computing devices that you can rely on. Sure, they also offer their "G" line of gaming keyboards and mice, but we're talking about productivity here. This review is looking at the MK955 set which includes a full-sized keyboard and mouse that use Logitech's Option+ software to tie 3 devices together seamlessly. Made of recycled plastic, the mouse and keyboard feel solid. Much better than some of their older, compact keyboards I use for smart TVs. Since I've made the switch to "ten keyless" (TKL) keyboards recently, this feels pretty big on my desk, but it's still pretty light and includes adjustable feet to get the right angle for typing. On each device, you have 3 buttons to switch between devices. My main PC is paired to the mouse and keyboard via the Bolt receiver, but devices 2 and 3 are just a tap away and paired by Bluetooth. Performance ================================= If you're used to mechanical keyboards, this may take a bit of an adjustment, but if you're coming from a laptop keyboard, this will feel right at home. The keys are large, silent, and comfortable. Compared to my Logitech G mechanical keyboard it was a big step in terms of key travel, but it was close to my Thinkpad Bluetooth keyboard that was built like a laptop's keyboard. I think in this day and age, most people have used plenty of laptop keyboards (membrane or scissor) and can adjust just fine. The fact that these are quiet (not like my MX blues!) is a plus in working environments. Using BT to switch between my devices had me spoiled. I usually have my main keyboard/mouse setup and 2 separate "all in one" keyboard/pointer/touchpad devices attached to my secondary/tertiary computing devices. In this case, everything could be swapped easily with the push of a button! I really did love how this made it much more seamless for me to switch between devices and it honestly made me use my other devices more. I'm trying to learn more Linux and get familiar "living" in that environment, but grabbing the other keyboard to displace my main one was a bit of a hassle. This makes it all very seamless. I also have a USB KVM that can provide similar functionality, but there's a jarring "pause" as my connected USB devices switch from one device to another. The mouse is an ambidextrous-style - not the contoured gaming-mouse-style - which is fine. The mouse includes two side buttons that are customizable via the Logitech Options+ software and instead of a tilt-wheel for horizontal scrolling, you can hold down one of the side buttons and scroll. I don't use that feature often so that was acceptable. Tracking on multiple surfaces like a desk mat, wooden desk, and granite countertop were just fine with no issues. Just like the keyboard, switching between computing devices was super-easy and really enabled me to use my other devices more than I did in the past. Conclusion ================================= If you have the desk space and have multiple computers for work and personal usage (note, I didn't say gaming because you may want something else for that), this could be the setup for you! The fact that the MK955 is comfortable, reliable, flexible and quiet is great from a productivity perspective, especially if you're trying to work while other people are sleeping! I figured this would be a useable but temporary setup, but I'm taking a hard look at this as my main setup (outside of gaming) because the seamless flexibility really has me using my other computing devices more!

Great wireless keyboard/mouse for PC & Mac

I have both a PC and Macbook and use them in conjunction with a dock from work and I hated using different keyboards for both. I had already tried a KVM switch and moving the USB hub for the keyboard/mouse to the docking station and both ended up with lag while using my Mac. I searched and Googled, used Reddit, read reviews and RTINGS and settled on this guy. I actually returned my MX Keys S and MX Master 3S as this combo works PERFECTLY switching between both systems with just the touch of a button. Connects via bluetooth so no more ridiculous usb dongle. My friends from work as jealous as I'm over here living in 2024 with this set up and their are still in 2018 with their USBs. The keys on the keyboard are quiet, the lift is good, the mouse is responsive and best of all..no lag. Another great thing is that it uses batteries, not like the MX Keys S and Master S3, can you imagine having to charge your keyboard and mouse? Might as well be wired if you have to use it then, no thanks. Exactly what I was searching for. If you use multiple computers and want ease of use for a good price, this is your set.

The MK955 Logitech Signature Slim Keyboard and Mouse Combo incorporates years of the best in proven ergonomic design for computer peripherals. The lightweight portability, keyboard layout, and integrated numeric keypad offers a glimpse into the basic features that makes most other keyboards obsolete. Easily pair both the keyboard and the mouse to three different devices and switch easily between Windows, macOS, iPadOS, iOS, Android, ChromeOS and Linux operating systems. This combo provides the ability to type and click across my devices providing me the ability to work between my desktop and laptop, etc. The quiet full-size keyboard feels smooth and is ideal for typing speed. Function keys are programmable and easily configured with the use of the Logitech Logi Options+ app which is available for both iOS and Windows operating systems. The top half of the keyboard can be raised slightly by using the levelers on the underneath. This gives just the right angle to allow your wrist to be straightened and to help alleviate any unnecessary strain to the wrist area during prolonged periods of typing. The keyboard uses two (2) AAA batteries which are included in the box. The mouse allows for quick and easy access to the function keys and scrolling wheel primarily because the design cups comfortably in the palm of most sized hands. Together, the programmable functions, scrolling wheel, and size allow for increased precision and speed in doing computerized tasks. The mouse operates on one (1) AA battery which is also included. Both the keyboard, and the mouse, can either connect to devices by using Bluetooth or by using the included Logi Bolt if a USB is available on your computerized equipment. I am sure that you could spend more money and find a different keyboard and mouse with a higher retail price, but with the design and layout of the MK 955 Combo there is no need to do that. This keyboard and mouse combo has all the features, and more than needed, and I highly recommend it if your computerized needs have you looking for a quality keyboard/mouse combo. This product has replaced all my other keyboards at home and in my home office.

This is absolutely my favorite keyboard mouse combo of all time! It is super quiet with only a light touch needed and the mouse does not make any sounds at all. I feel like I can type the fastest and most accurately on this keyboard. I also love how it is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linex, and does not have to be charged or Bluetooth connected either. Just plug and play, insert batteries as needed and you are all set! So simple and satisfying to use. Thanks Logitech!

This setup is great for people who have multiple computers and works like a KVM switch. You can link three computers to the mouse and keyboard and there is a button on the bottom of the mouse to toggle between the three and three buttons on the keyboard to switch devices. They work independently so you can have the mouse assigned to one computer and the keyboard assigned to another. Assigning the devices to the three options is very easy and intuitive. Logitech never lets me down and Best Buy always has a good amount of stock at the right price.

Very nice keyboard and mouse combination. I have learned over years of using computer accessories that I can rely on Logitech to provide quality products that are easy to set up, easy to use, and loaded with features. This combo is no exception. The set up was easy - just pull out the battery isolators to power them up, and they paired via Bluetooth. That was it. It prompted me to download and install the Logi software so I did, but I didn't get the feeling that it was necessary. The keyboard is VERY nice, with quiet keys and a very solid feel. I was actually really surprised at jhow heavy it is. The mouse is not as nice as my MX Master, but it is solid and not uncomfortable to use, or tiring on my hand. Very happy with this purchase.

THis works well and can use Bluetooth rather than using an USB port. Works better the HP keyboard that kept breaking. For me it is a nice size, not too compact but not too big like many other options.
