Disappointing!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is fine and it is comfortable to wear. But the on/off button is so tiny, I need a magnifying glass, as well as eyeglasses to find it! Of course, it also doesn't help that the entire unit is black, so you can't find the on/off button OR the volume button in the first place! I put whiteout on both so I could find them more easily. (See pictures with whiteout)

Needs better installation instructions;but OK.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The instructions for this item are so poor had to get a customer service representative to help. Sound is strong. The turning on and off button is about 1/4 inch … tiny; and nowhere does it mention that unless you slide it right next to the wifi unit; it doesn’t work. I leave wifi unit on & charge headphones every other day. The connection is also very tiny.

Headed Phone
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We are still working with these headphones. It says it’s paired but still can’t get it working with our new Sony TV. They feel good on my head and the sound coming out saying it’s paired sounds good, just can’t hear the TV and that’s why we bought them.

Could use more inputs
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The connection between the unit and the headphones is great. It just doesn't have as many inputs as I would have hoped. Cannot connect a Roku, AppleTV, or Chromecast device directly to it as it doesn't have an HDMI input. Had to purchase an additional HDMI audio splitter to get this to work. If your TV has audio output, then it's fine. Mine did not.

Great when they work!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the 3rd one I buy in 5 years. They are great while they work, but do not last long. I am locked into this style because the TV is old and is the only that will work with it and my husband's hearing disability. So, just get into the mindset that they will not last.

Watch the You Tube videos before you buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hard to rate. I bought these to use with Samsung TV and Sony receiver. After spending a lot of time, I was told by both Sony and Samsung that I had a choice. I could use the TV ears with the TV speakers, or surround sound....but could not do both. MEE tech support was very helpful and their YouTube videos are great. They are honest about when their product works and when it will not. I didn't return these because we will be buying a new TV for the family room later in the year. I will make sure these work with whatever we buy. I did get it to work on another TV in the house and they worked like a charm. Don't need them there, just in the family room.

Incomplete packaging
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They worked, but I did not receive a charging cable for the headphones, so they died. The wire installed by the initial geek squad member was not for charging. It was just an audio cable from headset to computer.

Saved my nerves!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got these for my husband that has Dementia and severe hearing loss. They've worked great for him, tho he gets frustrated that he cant remember how to turn them on and off nor how to raise and lower the volume. For him it would be better if the buttons were of a different color and not black like the headpiece itself. But I managed to hook them to the TV myself, @ 65 years old. They were well worth the cost, as he no longer sets the TV volume on 95. Whew!

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They work fine the only problem I have with the controls are hard work while head set is over your ears the battery has to be charged ever 3 hours of use. Works good for someone who has hearing problems When they are is use if someone in the same room try's to talk to you I have to remove to hear that person

Not worth the money!
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Work ok, the sound differences for voice modes not much different for each one. Also when it gets to 40% battery level it then goes quickly to 30% warning you 2 times battery low then shuts down completely ! Have to then charge agin , should go to at least to a 10% battery low before warning going dead!

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are fine for someone that understands electronics but for someone that cannot reconnect them every time they want to use them it is a pain.

Hard to use
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This might work for some people but not us. We would of had to change the cord from our sound bar to the unit just to use it and then each time go into settings and change those. Got confusing
