If you have a surround setup but don't want to pay thousands this unit checks alot of boxes. I haven't regretted this purchase for one second. Sound really punches and has an easy interface for setup.

Simple to set-up & use and sounds great. It has Binding Post on ALL Speaker Outputs (not just L & R, per the pictures). This must be a new version. I like the compact dimensions allowing it to fit inside my shallow entertainment center. I don't feel like I compromised on anything short of $1500 + units, that are too bulky & overkill for me. If I wanted better, I'd get a Marantz - Cinema 70S and use a separate amplifier. I'll try to add a pic of the Full Binding Post Rear Panel, but it really does have it, That was one of biggest complaints and apparently it's now fixed on this new version.

So far so good! I recently bought into the hype and purchased a 7.2 Denon receiver and was not very impressed. I saw this new 7.2 Onkyo receiver was just released into the market so I purchased it to compare with my new Denon and in my opinion this Onkyo receiver blows it out of the water. I paired this receiver with a 3.1.2 Klipsch setup with plans of going up to 5.2.2 soon. Definitely a great buy and recommend it to everyone!

So I just picked this up today. I went to a BestBuy in one town and saw the model last night, while they did not have it in stock, they did have a model on display. I went to another BestBuy today and picked it up. The display model had the four sound posts and alligator clips as shown in the photo. However, the receiver I purchased had all sound posts with no alligator clips. I am not sure why the demo had one connection and the one I got had another. The box showed sound posts, so, if that is important to you, look for that. Setup was easy, sound is excellent. I have only had this a matter of hours, so I cannot comment on longevity, but I cannot imagine having long term problems. I would definitely recommend this product.

Excellent receiver. Easy to setup. Got at 10% off so made price a lot better and a better deal. Sounds great and no issues pairing with Hisense U7G. Took about an hour to set up. Calibration was simple using set up program and provided mic. Highly recommend.

This receiver appears to do all it's supposed to do.... easy to use, excellent sound, good synchronization with our 75" Samsung TV with full 4K home theater surround. Very pleased with this product

Very good receiver. Purchased this as a replacement for one that stopped working and was very pleased with the ease of installation. This is a great value with all the bells and whistles but at a mid-price. Would recommend

The Onkyo stereo system delivers very good quality sound, and is easy to operate.

The sound is awesome. It was easy to set up. It set up by the ap. We don't have wireless speakers but wired are good. Alexa is and easy too. We are very happy with it.
