Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy is now using 3rd party sellers and doesn’t honor price matching but they hide this from you until you actually try to get a price match. Bad Best Buy policy. Don’t ever buy anything from resellers. The unit als o is not as good as previous ONKYO units. Sub as a mirror no longer works ( no sound only picture sent). If you use 2nd zone instead of sub only works if you downgrade the audio from Dolby to less. Also no longer wakes with Sonos playing. The menus have lost lots of functionality so the onkyo upgrade on the unit is actually a downgrade. Buy something else

Disappointed in Best Buy

It took a few weeks to arrive off back order. I was building my entertainment center so I did not open it for two weeks. It powered up, the fan ran very loud, then after a minute powered down and just started clicking. It was a Saturday night so I decided to wait to call Onkyo and Best Buy until Monday to see if there was a reset before I returned it. When I called on Monday, Best Buy told me the return window had passed my two days and I was out of luck. Call Onkyo. Onkyo answered and referred me to an authorized service center. It cost me $220 to insure and ship via UPS out of pocket. Still being repaired. Very disappointed in Best Buy. Will not make a major purchase there again.

Onkyo refusing to perform work based on petty details of the purchase. Trying to say it's outsids the 3 year window when this reciever is only a year old.
