This case is worthless on the Note20 Ultra. Had the phone for less than two weeks and it fell out of my hands while standing onto concrete (maybe ±3' drop) onto my patio, it landed face down with the case still on and the front screen was still shattered. Only drop and it resulted in a broken phone. Stay away from the commuter case on the Note 20 Ultra unless you want a shattered screen!! I've used the Symmetry ones on my last few phones and the Commuter on the phones before those with no issues but they did not have it in black at any of the Best Buy's I went to on the day I received phone. Might be time to try a new brand of phone case!

I brought a new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and the case fits the phone good. I use to always get the Otter Box Defender but switched to the Otter Commuter because they're cheaper, a little thinner, and I had stop using the phone clip that comes with the Defender because they I always break them so I figured why pay more for the Defender when the Commuter is cheaper, thinner, and protects my phone just as well as a Defender. I love the Commuter case.

This thing is solid, my phone has falled out of my pocket so many times and taken solid hits but never broken, its not bulky at all. Its sleek and fits in your pocket without snagging on your pockets.

Bought for my new phone. I also used a Commuter for my Note 8 and it did a fantastic job of protecting my phone without too much bulk. The case for my Note 20 fits well (it took a few days to conform to the phone) and looks good. Very happy with purchase. As a side note, I use a Quad Lock mounting system for my car and motorcycle but prefer the Otterbox case. The back of the Commuter case is a great substrate for QL's universal adaptor.

I really like this new Otterbox, it doesn't add a lot of bulk to it but it has for sure saved my phone from being broken or damaged because i've dropped my phone to many times to count and the phone still looks and performs the way it did when it was brand new. Also you dont have to take the cover off to charge it in the stand up charger.

This was my first otterbox purchase of any kind. I knew they offered quality products but the style never caught my attention. I gave it a try and I can honestly say that I am impressed. I was surprised on how much I liked the quality and fell of this case. Phone feels very protected and safe. Mission accomplished Otterbox.

Why buy an expensive phone, only to put a crap case on it. This one is built to protect, feels good on the hand and is just what my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra needs to be safe and secure. I've used these cases before and have always been happy with them.

have had the case for many months now and the cover for the charger is not showing signs of weakening. my phone has survived many falls undamaged and the case is very easy to hold if you have slightly larger hands

Pretty neat it is lightweight not as bulky as the other OtterBoxes but it still protects my phone I haven't dropped it yet but I feel as if I did it would be just as protective as the other OtterBox

Great product. I hate slippery cases and this case has a lot of grip so you won’t drop the phone. It also protects it if it falls face first. Great case and not too bulky.

Great dual layer case, very snug and slick, otter box has come leaps and bounds from where they started, same level of protection with a fraction of the bulk they use to have

Always loved otterbox. The case is a little bulky for such a sleek phone, but I like the extra protection plus the belt clip to free up my pockets. Great case!

If you're looking for a case that will protect your phone then outter box is the way to go. I purchase this case because my previous case the defender model after a while the rubber case started to come lose and the plastic snap on cracked. They have great customer service never a disappointment when I call.

This is an excellent case that does what it is supposed to do, protect your phone. The only change I would make would be to have some sort of built in stand.

Slim and lightweight, perfect case. Previous case was bulky and got stuck in my pockets. Easy to pop on and off. Otterbox is the case I always use.

This is one truly amazing device. With every feature I ever needed and because my phone is my life I can stay connected to work and home then have all my schedules work together. Camera improvements from my Note 8 are significant. I don't have an aux port so I had to get a bluetooth adapter for my older car. It's fast as hell and beautiful screen. The case I got makes the phone flat as the camera lens is a hefty lump. Easy fix. It feels solid and playback on my Bose noice cancelling headset is other wordly. Spendy but worth every penny.
