OtterBox case didn't protect iPhone 12 Pro.

Declining product stability

DO NOT BUY

I lover OtterBox and its been the standard case on my iPhone for the last few years, BUT this case is awful. Pros: Still provides great protection. Cons: The plastic literally cuts my finger. I usually rest my phone on my pinky during use and the plastic eye is so sharps its left cuts and now a callus. The case also has little grip and very slick. Hard to put on and take off. I was concerned I might damage the phone. My last complaint is the volume buttons which decided to get stuck at random and stop anyone from changing the volume. I would recommend finding another case.

Broken screen after 2ft fall

Today, my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen shattered. This case did nothing to protect it.

Magnetically Disappointed

Not recommended for use with MagSafe wallets

The wallet I have has a plenty strong magnet, however the design of the case does not allow for an acceptably secure attachment. It falls of with very little effort.

Very disappointed

As I was putting my phone on the charger, I noticed the rear camera was shattered. When I took the case off, the whole entire back of the phone was completely shattered and shards of glass were in the case. The drops were small drops, maybe 2 feet off the ground if that. The case is also very hard to put on/take off. Very disappointed this case provided zero protection for my brand new phone.

Don’t waste your money on this. You will regret it

I was so excited to use this but then it doesn’t work as it described on the site and because the case is thick with slippery surface, it wont hold to the MagSafe charger or holder. Buy casetify case, their customer services and the products are way better.

We've actually tested it extensively without any trouble with the magnetic hold between the device/case combo and the MagSafe charger. Perhaps there is just something wonky going on with your particular unit, so let's take it from the top with a brand-new warranty replacement and see if that resolves the issue!
