    MISSING PARTS; ZERO SUPPORT FOM BB

    TV came with missing parts; BB would NOT replace. I tried to contact "Corporate" I was told to go to the store and ask for replacement. Upon arrival at the store I was told I could PURCHASE the parts that were NOT included with my TV. If I didnt like that; I could pack it back in the box and return for credit - not replacement CREDIT! I dont know how to rate the TV since it is not working as it is supposed to; but right now dark [picture and sounds like it is in a tin can

    TV is doing good, but getting there was a struggle with everything I had to go through for over 3 months just to get a tv delivered? Best Buy was all the problems and absolutely would never call me to square away!
